I texted this Alonso and he said he wasn't interested in the job. I had waited 6 days for him to come to measure and start and so now I'm a week behind. Very unprofessional and rude. It was glued in with some flimsy wood for support. When we contacted Trussels about getting this fixed they said they only guarantee their workmanship for 1 year so they would charge us $450. Basically, they have shoddy workmanship and then demand an exorbitant price to fix it.

I talked with Ricardo, the owner of the company to get an estimate of the cost of the work and a projected date for the work. I also spoke with Ms. Teresa Martinez, the Business Manager of the company, to arrange a date for the project. In less than a week the granite technicians, Juan and Mario came to our house to do the work. After completing measurements and using plastic sheeting to fully enclose the area where the work was done, the granite specialists cut the countertop and polished the surface of the cut. Then they fully cleaned the work area. Juan and Marion were highly competent and did their work in a very proficient manner. In addition, they were very pleasant. The Business Manager, Ms. Martinez was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She maintained contact with me before and after the granite cutting project. In doing business with various companies, it is very rare to encounter a person as proficient and caring as Ms. Martinez. He came out with his Laser equipment to measure and make the template which is the newest in technology. Plus, he had some good ideas in solving some awkward area details. The finished project turned out great! The installers got it all done smoothly in 1 day without any issues. My new "downsized" house had laminate countertops and I hated them.
