They quoted $152 for round trip (5.2 miles each way). Later that day, called back and spoke to Josephine, approved the transport and gave her billing information. 11-14-25 8:35am, THEY WERE A NO SHOW. Called number and got recording that mailbox was full. Called again and spoke to Mark who said that the patient was NOT ON THE SCHEDULE. How is that possible when they had approval and payment information. He said he would get ahold of a driver and get RIGHT BACK TO ME. He got back to me 25 MINUTES later, TOO LATE!!! first saying a driver was on the way, then saying that the driver was at my house, then saying driver was in the area. ALL LIES! THEN, he had the nerve to call me at 10am, 45 MINUTES AFTER THE APPT. saying it was for round trip, did I still need transport back. I only considered this company because they had good reviews. I certainly did not have a good experience with them. They totally screwed me over!
