His assistant Dr. Johnny Dauz is also excellent and provides high-quality care. I truly appreciate the level of attention and support I've received, including being provided with sample medication when needed. Highly recommend office of Dr Mark Shiu is the best. I know it's hard the job they have and the closer it gets to Friday I'm sure their patience are wearing thin. But not these ladies they still are as nice as Georgia pie and probably don't get the KUDOS they all deserve! I've had no issues with this office in 10 years and everytime I need something done it's done within minutes or the same day that is huge , most offices take at least 3 days to complete something. They will tell you they will call you and never do. Resulting in having to go into the office for a 5 minute task that any other doctor's office would do without having to be reminded a hundred times. If you need a referral for a painful condition, good luck to you. They will drag it out for weeks and force you to go into office for them to do their job. They'll tell you they'll call you when the authorization comes through (which takes all of 5 minutes), and then you won't hear from them again. And when you do go in, they send you to a doctor at a location that they're no longer practicing at so you have to start the process with them all over again and wait for weeks again. The doctor is fine but the office staff are the worst and because of that we're now in search of a new doctor's office. Shame because she likes the doctor but the incompetence of the staff is unlike anything we've ever seen.

After taking this and staying away from the gym for 6 days, there was ZERO improvement. The medicine wasn't doing a thing for me. So i called them to see if they could switch up my muscle relaxant and they said I'd have to come in again. WHAT! I was literally just there for the same exact problem and you want me to return?!? They just want another reason to bill my insurance, as if my first copay wasn't high enough. My advice- if you can wait for your primary doc- WAIT! OR find an urgent care where they really want to help and not just collect on insurance.

X rays on the premises. I was rear ended in a car accident. I was rocked. My back, neck and right shoulder were jacked up. I went to a hospital ER in the area and it was slammed. So I went on our good ol' Yelp and found this wonderful urgent care. Everything about this experience - the first phone call with Gabrielle, her care, concern and professionalism; her being on the ball and so efficient( btw she is a US Navy Veteran)- this set the tone for a great and calming visit. Dr Cho was incredible. Very personable, cool, related to me and was just so very thorough as he covered every possible avenue and took his time treating me, testing my reflexes and my areas of concern. He was very thorough. He showed me and detailed all of my x rays. The office was immaculate. Clean and very well organized. There were complimentary mini water bottles and some snacks for the patients. Great medical establishment.

The doctor tells us that she has a UTI and needs to start antibiotics asap. We were taken aback and tried to explain that she had no symptoms of a UTI. Doctor didn't listen and said that she 100% had a UTI. We made the decision to wait and go to another urgent care the next day. They did a culture and didn't urge us to take antibiotics. Their culture came back the next day- negative. It would take another 3 days for Prestige's culture results to come in. They didn't call me. I called them. Negative as well They were pushing antibiotics without so much as a conversation. Oh and they misplaced my wife's ID. Terrible experience overall.

He is thorough with my questions, and always seems genuine and soft hearted. He is very calm in his demeanor. He has seen me through 2 of my pregnancies and is available when I've had an emergency. It is a valuable thing to be able to get ahold of your doctor in late night emergencies or weekends. He is very knowledgeable all around and has never treated my concerns as too small.
