They only have a physical therapist on site on Monday/Wednesday/Friday so I cancelled my first appointment and indicated to them that we had selected a different facility with days and hours better suited to our schedule. Hours later I received a phone call from a completely different physical therapy office telling me that Options Rehab had given them my name and number and they wanted to book an appointment for me. I had not asked Options Physical Therapy to contact anyone on my behalf and had clearly indicated to them that I had already found an alternate rehab facility. I had also not consented in any way to them sharing my information. While they did not, to my knowledge, share anything beyond my phone number, which may or may not be a HIPAA violation, I still don't appreciate the fact that they shared any personal information. I called and calmly and politely explained that I was irritated and suggested that in the future they receive client consent before sharing information. Instead of taking accountability and simply apologizing, they said they didn't contact the other facility, did not share my information and didn't know how that happened. I asked if they thought I was making it up because I truly have better things to do with my time. That's when they got just a little snippy and dismissive. I should have checked reviews here first because I never would have called them in the first place.

Dr Liu took all my pain away and gave me back my lifting abilities all while treating me like an actual person, not like a dollar sign as i had been in Erie. he explained the surgery completely, and the team set up everything from my hotel as well as travel to and from the hotel to surgery center. i have often spoke with folks debating on getting surgery done and hands down the most amazing place i've had work done. and because of that, i went to them again last year for detrimental cervical spine issues. In early 2025 was told my spinal column c5-c3 was unstable and in x-rays you could see it tipping off to the left. the pain i endured was so bad, i often thought about just ending existence. my pain was as if someone put red hot coals under my skin and into my muscles from my skull down to my lower lt region and across my entire back and into my shoulder and down both arms...and the pain was 24/7 with zero relief for months. Dr. Bitan preformed a double discectomy with the insertion of 2 cadaver bones and a mesh around c3-5. I INSTANTLY had relief of all that pain. recovery went well as i was back to doing the bulk of my normal life within a couple days and as the pain subsided from the surgery (he really had to move things around as i have a large, muscular neck) i've been accomplishing more and more of my life again (this spring i will go back to cutting firewood) and i've even picked up a few NEW hobbies in life.... These people are ambulance chasers who have no interest in getting you well enough to get back to your life. I was harassed about not having a lawyer. They actually had a lawyer call me about my "case." The office manager took it upon herself to have a "sit down" with me to encourage (or force) me to get one. Me telling them I'm not interested in litigation, I'm interested in being able to squat without serious pain did nothing. They threatened to come after me for the bills if the insurance company didn't pay. Then scheduled me for tests I probably didn't need. They sent me to a specialist about my knees, who decided after seeing my MRI that I needed to have surgery on both knees. I went to a different doctor for a second opinion, and a third doctor that I'm actually seeing now, and neither thought surgery was necessary or would be of any benefit. In fact, both said that the injury to my right knee doesn't even require surgery. It heals on it's own. Oddly enough, 98% of the time I went in for treatment (my MRI claims I have all kinds of injuries to my neck and back as well as my knees), all I got was a heating pad and stim machine on my knees, and some really really bad acupuncture. I could feel the needles. A couple of times I got the stim machine/heating pad combo on my back. No exercise, no strengthening of the muscles around my injured knees. No attention to the other injuries I have. There was also the series of "pain shots" administered by Dr. Cohen that didn't work at all. If your goal is to help them get rich off billing insurance companies then by all means, this is the place for you. If your goal is to get better and get back to your life, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Never again.

When I saw the nurse practitioner she was not confident at all, I actually questioned if she had her credentials because she literally told me nothing. Then they send you downstairs to get x rays which isn't done by a x ray tech it's done by whoever is available. They tell me the chiropractor doesn't come in until the following week so that's when it will be read. You're a spine center and you don't have someone on staff to read x rays?? You will see a whole train of people but the person I was most turned off by was "Dr.K". He's nice sure but a little creepy talking to adults, he will talk to you like you're about 7. It was at that point I said I gotta get out of here this is a scam. They bait and switch you so you have to come back for another visit to get your results. It's been weeks and not a soul has called me. This place just doesn't feel right. They also offer Botox which if your red flags weren't already raised they should be now! I met for a consultation with Beverly & immediately noticed her professionalism, kindness & real interest in my case. She listened to my full history, asked questions & even consulted with some of her colleagues before creating a treatment plan for my specific issues. I worked with her twice weekly for 4+ months & the improvements are amazing. She encouraged me to work through the plan, modified & increased exercises as I improved & always provided encouragement.
