All kids invited (ages 2 to 13 years old) had a blast!! Seems like The Fields is a hidden gem that a lot of people don't know about, so glad we found them! There was one time during a hockey game that a ref was sitting down eating during a game instead of out on the rink. I yelled over and asked him to ref the game he was paid to do and he proceeded to curse back at me with a lot of foul language. He still works there. Management is constantly contacted and nothing changes. This week a ref offered to get me a chair while I walked past him. He was only able to do that because he was standing in the penalty box on his cell phone while the puck was in play. I replied I want you to ref I don't want a chair. They are paid $25 for 40 mins of socializing, eating, and just skating away from a game in play. During the same game the other ref was hanging on the goal post the entire game talking with the goalie and not paying attention to the whole game. I have never seen a place that is a free for all for the employees and they have no manager around making sure they are doing what they are supposed to do. As long as they collect the money from all the teams the facility is still left in the dirty run down condition that it has been in for years. Hundreds of dollars taken from each team and they cannot afford to fix the score board so you can read the numbers? Several bulbs are out and just left without repair.

He then rushed me through multiple electronic documents while verbally explaining the terms. After using the gym only ONE TIME, I was shocked to find an additional annual fee of over $70 charged to my card that had never been clearly disclosed to me during the sales process. When I complained, Joseph denied what he had told me. Corporate, including Melanie and her managers, refused to honor the representations made by their own employee and relied entirely on documents signed during a rushed sales process. They canceled my membership, kept my money, and left me with over $150 in charges for a gym I used only once. MY STRONG ADVICE: DO NOT TRUST VERBAL PROMISES MADE BY SALES STAFF AT THIS LOCATION. If a dispute arises later, corporate may refuse to honor what you were told and will rely solely on the paperwork. READ EVERY SINGLE WORD BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING. Unfortunately I echo many of the other reviews on this site - poor customer service and employee training-resulting in terrible customer experience. I recently went to the spa for a massage. Upon checkout the receptionist told me there was a note on my file for 20% off my service. She reached out to the spa manager who indicated since there was no name or date on the note that they should ignore it and did not honor the discount. When questioned they said that it was an employee error. Seems like the customers bear the brunt of all employee errors--I did send a note to the GM - Hayden Duffy. I look forward to a response.
