Regardless of that plumbing seems to be working fine. but they could have been more professional and clean up more. Never pay $ in full upfront!

The fact that my second floor shower was only not dripping below was because it was siliconed and that stopped the leaking years ago . When I got to the counter I was greeted by a younger guy that may have been a family member or owner of the company. He said it needed to be addressed by going thru the ceiling of my neighbor below. That did not sound like something I wanted to hear. He got Dave the manager to come and help as he had to leave . Dave was great! He said, no, it didn't need to be done from below, and that he had what was needed to fix the job. He went and got my part and showed me and explained how it would work. We also discussed what I needed to fix the tub situation. I guess Dave just came back to work there that week. He called me promptly with prices of the parts that same day. I was trying to do my due diligence and read the reviews . I called Dave and that's when he told me he was the manager . I said I wasn't comfortable with anyone else that might not know how to do this if the owner doesn't. I questioned the company's billing practices as people complained that the round up to the next hour ( Dave said it was every half hour now). I questioned people complaining the guy or guys would be out in the truck just adding to the billing hours not doing anything. Dave assured me that the only thing they might have to do is fill out the paperwork on the iPad for the parts and labor . They were to be billing at 150 per hour. Dave said it's normal for the paperwork/billing to be done on the clock and or running back and forth to truck to get parts etc. So in my mind I had a hesitation that they might be the type of people to string out the job for more billable hours ( based on other reviews), and also, if the owner doesn't know how to do my job(that it could have been done from the top), how can I expect hired help to know. Dave assured me that he would communicate with the installers to make sure everyone was on the correct page. He assured me everything would be fine, so I said okay, and booked my install. He said the guys were on a job first thing in the am and then they'd come to my place. He said they should be done by 10, no later than 10:30. He said he'll put me down for 10:30am and ask them to contact me 30 minutes before they'll arrive as I am not living at that location. I decided to go to my place a little earlier than 10 and do some work while I was waiting. I watched the clock tick away. I decided that I need to call as it was just past 11:30 and my spider senses were like telling me I shouldn't go with these guys . I called and canceled. In fairness to them, the text did say I was blocked at 10:30-12:30. I may have seen this before and forgot, but all I could think of is Dave saying 10-10:30, and I thought maybe they are late because they are bilking hours from the customer before me ... either way , I was still uncomfortable and cancelled. I never got the chance to have them do the job so it's hard to give a review other than that. That Dave guy was great, I only wish he were doing the work...

I had asked the plumber why he didn't roto-snake but he said it was grease and it wouldn't have any effect on grease which I'm sure he is right about. When Bobby's came back a second time claiming no warranty they did the same procedure, declining my request to roto snake, and charged me the same amount for a total 0f $420 and left. The drain worked but it again only lasted a few days of light use. Both times I asked the plumber to run the roto snake down there to make sure there was no obstruction and both times they refused and said it was grease. The second time I called the admin I had asked for assurance the plumber would roto snake the drain and I was told yes. I still have a clogged sink for my $420. I called third time the admin and I was like ok look this is silly I have paid enough and would someone please roto-snake the drain, so I know me personally know for sure there isn't a secondary issue. And they said there is no warranty and in no uncertain terms would someone come and roto-snake the drain. Like there is no way I am going to pay them again to come over. Sheesh!

I am writing to formally address a dispute regarding the water heater installation services…read moreprovided by Climate Experts. Below is a detailed account of the situation, including the timeline, agreements, and subsequent issues: Timeline and Agreements Initial Quote and Agreement: On 5 February 2025, Climate Experts provided a quote for installing a customer-supplied water heater. The quote explicitly stated: "The replacement water heater can be installed either in the attic space where the existing one currently is (provided it fits in the attic access), or it can be installed in the garage. Either location, pricing valid for either.", "*Installation includes all required wiring & water lines." Pictures and requested information were provided by my realtor to assist in preparing the quote. Additional detailed pictures of the house layout were available online via the property listing. I signed the quote on 7 February 2025 and paid $2,150 on 9 February 2025. Tech Visit and Refusal to Install: The technician arrived at the property and stated that the supplied water heater could not be installed in the attic due to its hybrid nature, weight concerns, and potential condensation issues. I requested that the water heater be installed in the garage, as explicitly stated in the signed quote. Climate Experts refused, claiming the situation was not as expected and that installation in the garage would cost more than the quoted and paid amount. Forced Purchase of Additional Water Heater: Due to time constraints related to the sale of the house, Climate Experts leveraged the urgency of the situation, leaving me with no choice but to purchase the recommended water heater for installation in the attic. The new water heater was installed with an invoice dated 17 February 2025 and signed 13 February 2025. Issues and Concerns Failure to Honor Signed Quote: The signed quote explicitly stated that the water heater could be installed in the garage. Climate Experts refused to honor this agreement, citing additional costs and unforeseen circumstances despite having sufficient information (pictures, listing details, etc.) to prepare the quote. Lack of Due Diligence: Climate Experts did not send a technician to inspect the property prior to providing the quote, despite my realtor offering flexibility to accommodate a visit. This oversight led to inaccurate assumptions and subsequent issues. Leverage of Time Constraints: Climate Experts leveraged the urgency of the situation, forcing me to purchase an additional water heater to meet the inspection requirements for selling the house. Financial Impact: I incurred additional costs due to Climate Experts' refusal to honor the original agreement and their lack of due diligence.

We had asked another plumbing company to come look at it earlier, and they said it needed to completely re-piped throughout our garage at the cost of over $1800+. Naturally, with that kind of an expense, I called for a second opinion, and Morrison Plumbing came out. Justin initially came out to look at the main water line into the house. He took the time to explain how the waterlines are distributed throughout the house and estimated that it was inside the CBS block where the line comes into the house and that the hard water deposits probably created a leak in the inner wall of the 20 year old copper pipe. Two days later, Wayne and his coworker measured where the pipe comes into the garage on the backside and cut into the wall and was able to locate the leak and replace the fitting. They also extended the CPVC pipe so it will not be an issue in the future. The cost was one-quartet of the price quote we were given by another plumbing company. They got the job done within a couple of hours of labor. This weekend, I refilled the section chipped away to get to the pipe with mortar myself. Now everything's good to go. My wife and I were very happy with Morrison Plumbing and would not hesitate to recommend their work and their integrity. We will be using them for any plumbing needs in the future.
