This is just a small mom-and-pop shop that offers mailing services, as well as computer use rental, copying, faxing, and they even sell jewelry. I was a bit apprehensive about going in, but I needed my packages shipped, immediately. I was put off because they didn't even have the plastic sleeves that you put your shipping info in and attache to the package. They guy used packing tape to affix the labels to the packages. Whatever works, I guess. In the end, the packages got to where they needed to go and it only cost me the price of a new envelope. read more

They convenient and have most services you'd need in a postal business, from mailing a simple letter, to notary. You can also purchase boxes for shipping and packaging. Looks like some remodeling is taking place. I went back on Saturday after 10am because my package came back to me with my stamp torn off, which is going to delay the process. Ace Postal was to deliver a package to Mexico via DHL. 81 days ago. Package worth $85 dollars and insured for $ 85. We are now back in Texas. No package. Visited Ace Postal who said to contact DHL Mexico. We did. They referred us back to ACE postal. Each company pointing the finger at the other! WE REPORTED THIS TO THE BBB who said this was not in their jurisdiction. Any help? I encourage anyone who intends to use Ace postal to find a direct postal service not a secondary second rate store that does not stand by their service. We have lost about $170 and change! I came prior to ship UPS and they said they charge a fee. So I left. Last week I came with usps package that already had postage, and it was taken by the male with no issues. Today there was a young girl with glasses there and said $2 charge for each USPS drop off package. What?! I just came last week and there was no charge. They need to get it together or will eventually close. Not stopping by ever again. read more

Had to drop off two packages. It's really annoying that there is no real post office around us. So when Ace Postal offers to keep your packages and give it to USPS, it's really a great service. When you walk in you see that they offer many different services, from your own mail box, to office supplies and even shipping supplies. I gave my two packages and the gentleman was very polite. read more

Do not use their services. The owner is a complete liar. I had an important package to be shipped USPS Priority mail. I have my own account and could have printed my own postage at home at a discount. However, being new to the area I wanted to give my business to a local merchant so I phoned to see if they had the Priority mail box I needed. I was told that indeed they did and that their price would be cheaper than the post office. When I showed up the owner (at least I believe he is since he had his two children there playing on the internet rental computers) informed me that actually he didn't have the box and rate I needed. He then proceeded to try to force me into a larger box at a higher cost. When I asked him to provide the shipping rate for that larger box it was over $11 more than I would have paid at the post office for that larger box. I showed him that rate on my smartphone and his reply was "I told you I would be more expensive". #1: that was a complete lie because he had said the opposite on the phone and #2: it is disgusting that he is setting such a bad example and lying in front of his children I left and spent the extra 10 minutes to drive to the post office where I shipped the package at the appropriate rate. As I left I asked him not to lie to me and told him that he just lost my, my family's and my friends business going forward. I feel sorry for an individual like this who feels they have to take advantage of others in an unfair way to get ahead. I guess there is a reason why is shop was empty with no other customer's on what should have been a busy Saturday. read more
