It's worth noting that this happened in the afternoon, and he appeared to be the only one working the front to assist customers. I understand things can get busy, especially around noon when many people are on their lunch breaks and running errands. That's exactly why it would be helpful to have an additional agent available during peak hours. The service itself was completed, but having more than one person at the counter would make the process smoother and prevent interruptions for customers already being helped.
