Ace Roll-Off Dumpster Svc and Joe, the owner, were great for our project. Three 20ft3 dumpsters for a hoarder house. Joe was available on short notice and weekends. Brought an empty and took the full with one truck. On time each time. Much more reasonably priced than I thought it would be. Sorry to see the other reviews from a few years ago. Stay as far away from this company as you can. Even in my worst jam I will never call this company again. This guy is the entire reason, Yelp should have negative star reviews. We initially were in a jam for a rolloff company and this company responded pretty quick. That was the end of the good news. When we asked to have our dumpster picked up and changed out for a new one, he immediately called and said that he cannot charge our credit card two or three times in a row. I told him he should not be charging our card two or three times, and he became belligerent instantly and started accusing me of accusing him of trying to steal from him and that we were calling him a liar. Two days later he showed up after I had already hired a new rolloff company dumped all our trash on our construction site when no one was there and left like a coward. Horrible to talk to you on the phone does not listen. Immediately gets defensive horrible customer service all he wants to do is fight. read more

It's unfortunate that I have to write a negative review for a small business since I support them so much. We hired, ACE Hauling & Dumpster service in Mid December 2018 for a rehab we were to do. Our workers filled it up and it was filled higher than safety regulations allow. We were unaware of when they may pick up the dumpster due to the holidays. When I received a photo from our contractor, that ACE Hauling & Dumpster service not only leveled the dumpster but illegally littered and trashed the front yard of our project. The next day I called ACE and spoke directly with the company Owner, explained to him the situation and when he realized what property it was he immediately became defensive and started putting blame on us. He then informed & admitted to me that he was the one that physically trashed the front yard, leveled the dumpster, and that it was our fault for filling it up that high.. I then proceeded to deescalate the situation by coming up with solutions to fix this issue. His response, "you over filled it, I leveled it, case closed. I'm not cleaning up your mess" I then said "Why didn't you at least give us a call to let us know that you couldn't take it like this instead of trashing the front of the house and allow our workers to properly dispose of the trash?" In a nice neighborhood mind you! His response " I don't call people, I don't have time for that". Which is unfortunate because its people like us that keep businesses like his open. We also paid over market price for a 20cubic ft dumpster when companies were closed and took advantage of a time sensitive situation. His response was: " I don't compete" I'm not the type of person to review negatively, but when a business owner doesn't take responsibility for their actions, blames their customer for their wrong doing, & most importantly refuses to make anything right. I'm going to call them out on it. I informed him i was going to review him and he didn't care. He told me that he knew this was going to happen, which is guilt to know that he was in the wrong for doing so and if communicated better this would not be a situation, we were just 1 phone call away and he chose to take matters in his own hands and trash our project. If you are wanting to rehab a project please check out other companies that have better reviews perhaps their customer service & customer appreciation will be more important. I hate to write this for a small business but hopefully he will make a better business decisions in the future... read more

This was a horrible experience. The "owner" Joe had no problem swiping my card for 1300.00. But then when I needed him to come and pick up the dumpster and take it to the landfill I had chosen, he literally flipped out and started yelling. And I mean truly yelling. He never told me he didn't do manifested loads. He screamed that several times. Then called me a liar several times. There was nothing hazardous about the waste, it just had to be specifically profiled into a certain land fill IN TOWN. He kept screaming that I should have told him I had a specific landfill so that he could have "turned me away to begin with." I didn't tell him I had a specific land fill of choice because no trash hauler has ever asked me that. It never occurred to me that a trash hauler wouldn't go to a specific dump within the same town. Then, I find out he was completely RUDE to my customer when he got on site. This was a last minute job, otherwise I'd have used another vendor. I spend 40k per month on roll off dumpster and hauling. I have never seen anything like this guy's behavior. This guy cussed, yelled, and was an absolute nightmare to deal with. With his accent, it was hard to understand all of the insults. If you care about company image, courtesy, respect, and good old fashioned customer service, this is not who you want. read more
