This company provided the most pleasant moving experience I've ever had--and I've worked with many movers through multiple military relocations. The professionalism began with my very first phone call to the owner, Rico. He explained the costs in detail, sent all the necessary paperwork right away, and had me complete a household goods inventory so he could give me an accurate estimate for both time and cost. In the end, the move took exactly the amount of time and cost he quoted. My movers were Angel, Drew, and KC. These three young men were exceptional--professional, careful, and genuinely upbeat throughout the entire move, and mine was their second job of the day. They handled my antiques with the same care they would give to their own belongings. Every piece of furniture was meticulously wrapped, as if it were being shipped overseas, even though this was just a local move. I will absolutely hire Fresh Start Moving Company again. We had quite the journey moving the family from San Antonio Texas back to Pennsylvania after recently separating from the Air Force. The team at Fresh Start Moving was incredibly efficient, respectful, and packed everything as if it was their own furniture/household goods. Full disclosure, the invoice could use a lot of work because there were a lot of questions and room for interpretation in my opinion; however, I was able to work out a reasonable deal with the owner who ultimately made it right in the end. But from start to finish, the quality of work was an A+ Luis and Jonny were the ones that drove the truck and I could not say enough great things about there two gentlemen. I was moving apartments and kept shopping around. The quotes were super high in other places but I was recommended these guys and the service was phenomenal. I know they say you get what you pay for but I got a bargain for the quality of service I got. Luis and Jimmy were very nice, even my dogs stopped barking at them after a while and got some pets in too. I can't recommend these guys enough!
