I thought this was going to be a big job, but actually emptying the house was much more than I had thought. I strongly recommend these guys to do the final house cleanout. We exchanged a few texts (sent him a picture- and he again - confirmed the price). We set a date for the removal and said he'd reach out the day before. I then dismissed the other vendors and was happy to support a smaller business. All good so far, right? 8 days later (today) 3 days before the work is to be done, he reaches out and increases the price $200 stating the stairs cost more. I informed him he literally said "8-9 stairs: $450 is the price" but he stood by his new +$200 quote. Very deceptive business practices. Bait and switch. Left scrambling to find a new company to come out... right before the 4th of July weekend. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
