Mark works in the office and is very sure of himself, but is fair to deal with. The price is reasonable and they use quality oil. The agent told us a tech could be to us where we were camping at 11 am the next day. I paid the agent $210 for setting the appointment, and I could cancel, but it would come with $100 cancellation fee. The next morning I received a call from another agent who let me know that a mobile tech was not available in our location for five days. We had to cancel, because we would no longer be camping in that location. This place is a scam. They made me sign an agreement agreeing to $100 cancellation fee. I believe the original agent I talked to lied about how quick a tech would be able to service our RV. I wish I would have checked the Yelp reviews before signing up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I later learned that this was because of the rain...nevermind that it was raining all morning and they were wide open when I arrived. I managed to see the hockey pucks used before my vehicle was lifted so I went to the waiting area. After a while, the vehicle was returned to me following the complementary tire rotation. A few weeks later, I determined, that my wheels were not, in fact, rotated. There was no, "we determined there was no need to do a rotation at this time". Because of the shadiness and the lack of information, I will not return to this Mavis location. I've been to other Mavis locations where you can, if you wish, see your car worked on and no one makes a fuss about it.
