When scheduling a pick up with this company, I was very specific and that it needed to be at tropical Ford at 10 AM for a rush appointment. Vehicle did not get picked up till afternoon and dropped off after 1 o'clock causing me to miss the appointment they had more than 24 hour notice of what my needs were. Had a new car break down halfway out into the street from the driveway. Never called a tow truck in my life before. I talked with a very nice man who treated me very well but he had to apologize two times because of all the obscene language in the background. Had to make arrangements then call back for them to come. I got to talk to a guy who had no personality and sounded like I was interupting his day trying to rush me off the phone. I told him to just connect me to the first guy and he wouldn't do it. Got to the dealership and they too were very nice. This towing company needs to hire good people who can talk to customers and get rids of all those who can't talk without saying the "F" word three times in one sentence. If I could give this place -1000000 stars I would. The people who work here are absolutely DISGUSTING. I needed a tow from Volkswagen dealership. The girl acted like she was high off of drugs. Asking the same questions over and over, getting her mileage wrong and all of that. I then decided it was too long of a wait so I declined service. She said "you don't want to wait that long? Ok bye" and hung up. THEN I called back like 20 minutes later to speak with a manager and she said FOR WHAT. Excuse me ?? For what ?? I've been trained in customer service and that is not the way to go. I finally spoke to a manager and he was extremely rude and dismissive. He blamed it on a death in the family or something. If that's the case, don't go to work and be rude. Obviously if I have to get my car towed I'm under a lot of stress as it is. Then he proceed to HANG UP ON ME. Id give this place negative stars if i could, I just broke 3 vertebrae 3 ribs and my lumbar and had open back surgery ending up with 35 staples. I called to release my vehicle to insurance and the lady said I had to come down and sign for it even though I had already had someone go there while I was in the hospital. Informed her of this and she said no you have to do it yourself, when I get there she is very unfriendly and doesn't say anything besides what do you want to do. I tell her release vehicle to insurance and look at it one last time, she doesn't say anything and eventually says ok meet me at the gate around the side. Meet her over there, she lets me look at vehicle, when I am taking pictures to document damages she tells me "this is a police crime scene you cant take any pictures". Not sure how this makes any sense, say whatever I'm done, walk back to the gate she says okay have a nice day. I walk back into the office because I haven't signed any documents releasing vehicle to insurance, ask another gentleman (she didn't come back into office) whats going on because I drove down here to sign for it. He says no she must have not been paying attention and this vehicle has already been released to insurance when I had someone go there earlier in the week. So basically she made me drive a total of 2 very tedious bumpy hours to their business for no reason because she couldn't pull up my information when I called. We had an appointment set through Geico roadside assistance to pick the car up at 9:30am. At 10:30am we called Ace and they said they had to answer police calls first. At 12noon I checked the Geico app and it said the tow job was completed.... No it wasn't. Ended up using another tow service. Unreal!!! read more

Made arrangements to pick up the vehicle only to arrive and find out it was actually an hour away from where it was towed from a traffic crash. They made a simple transaction very stressful. Horrible horrible bussiness. A mistake printed on our crash report put the car at this location. We called to verify that it was there and that we were coming to grab our stuff from the vehicle. Lady on the phone even gave us directions to this location. When we get there they said the car was not at this location. It was over an hour away. The manager, whose name was Scott, was belligerent, disrespectful, and dismissive. We simply asked if there was anything they could do as we didn't want to drive the rental car an hour out of the way after having been in a horrible crash two days prior. Told Scott he needed to work on his costumer service after he told me to "shut my pie hole". He chased me and my girlfriend out into the parking lot and cursed at me asking me to apologize. This company acts like they are huge and can handle anything quickly in the Orlando area. Unfortunately they either have too much business or they don't have enough drivers. The two times I have been forced to use them (by my company) have been a lesson in very long wait times. What should be a simple 45 minute wait for a wrecker turns into a 2 1/2 hour wait because they don't have enough drivers. When I got the car the door had been shimmied open with the battery disconnected (obviously to disable the alarm that goes off when the door is opened without the key/key FOB) and all of my valuables had been taken.
