I am an Australian teacher with an Australian Bachelor of Education, gained in Australia by combining 5 years of study from a 1976 Diploma of Teaching and a 2007 Advanced Diploma of Counseling. I highly recommend ACEI compared to my experience with 2 other US evaluation companies whose receptionists lacked friendliness and easily understood explanations. ACEI also accepts emailed transcripts / qualifications from the issuing institution rather than insisting they receive this information in sealed envelopes. Since mail delivery from Australia to the States takes up to 3 weeks and I had a deadline to satisfy, this was one of the main reasons I chose ACEI. They may be a little more expensive but they are worth it because all staff were friendly, easily contactable by phone / email, promptly / patiently answered my multiple questions and kept me informed regarding the progress of my evaluation. My academic qualifications were not easy to evaluate because the 1976 Diploma supplied limited transcript information ( compared to USA transcripts ) and the issuing college had closed, resulting in my records being transferred to an affiliate university which was unfamiliar with the content of this Diploma. My ACEI evaluator overcame this difficulty and evaluated my qualifications as equivalent to an American Bachelor of Education. In conclusion, I strongly advise you to supply ACEI, or any evaluation company, with letters of support / credentials and as much information as possible to assist the evaluator to make an informed, professional decision. I am very grateful to ACEI because, due to their expertise,diligence and perseverance, I am now a licensed substitute teacher in Oregon. read more

I feel grateful to ACEI because they saved me from a disaster caused by W** another Evaluation Institution. I was lucky that my school gave me an extension & ACEI has a reliable Rash Service so my academic plan was not ruined by W**. After W** put me in a desperate position, I searched several evaluation institutes and emailed them for questions. I used ACEI´s experienced-based learning evaluation service to evaluate my credentials from Germany. It was very time critical, i had a deadline to present the evaluation report at the end of January 2023. I was in close contact with Mr. Saidi at the office in Georgetown, TX. The normal processing time is 20 business days. Unfortunately, i submitted my documents just prior Christmas, delays had to be expected due to the holidays.They arrived just prior New Year's Eve.
