I understand we were ordering only two pendant lights for our island and perhaps that was small potatoes for him, but we had intention of buying more later. We tried to help the local shop and it seem he has no interest in getting back to me. I would not recommend this business.

I listened to Steve when he called to discuss this with my husband and he sounded like THE ONLY reason he called was because of my YELP review (which he mentioned). With all of the dropped balls, lies and lack of professional follow up and lack of courtesy, one would think THAT would have generated a call from management, NOT my Yelp review. Your staff needs intense customer service training. Nobody knows what they are doing and no one cares either. We had planned on replacing all of our appliances and we will definitely go elsewhere for everything. You guys are NOT worth the headache.
