I had them at my home 3 times in 2 weeks: first to install an outlet for a new updraft range hood and then a second task to convert wiring from a 40 year old hardwired dishwasher to proper wiring for a new plug in dishwasher. The name says it all. I must admit I was sceptical of all the 5 star ratings, but now I know why. Very upfront about everything. Purchased old house with numerous electric problems, but only one immediate one that I was concerned about. When called office to inquire, Lynn let me know they had a minimum 1 hour rate, but told me to make a quick list of a few other jobs and they would cover all they could to fill the hour. I am new to the Port Orchard Area and just by pure luck reached out to Aces for assistance to fix the complete jacked up mess I made trying to replace my own light switches. They were wonderful and did not tease me about my lack of skills and poor knowledge of basic electrical boundaries. THEN I decided to get air conditioning installed, only to find out that the complete panel needed to be upgraded/replaced. I used A&M for the air conditioning and they recommended Aces. Scheduler Lynn squeezed me in very quickly by tracking her workers and keeping me in the loop. "Will you be home and available in ten minutes?" Heck yeah! I had a short circuit caused by I don't know what (maybe dark magic) but they tracked it down and fixed it quickly. They did not try to gouge me with unnecessary work, Rick and Hunter patiently answered all my and my brother's questions, and professionally and quickly did the work.
