If there was another star I could add beyond the five Yelp allows for, I'd add it in a heartbeat. I needed a few ceiling fans installed along with some other minor electrical work done around the house and the team from Phase II Electric were professional, friendly and efficient. I really couldn't have asked for more. Great service at a great price. I'm already putting together a list of more work for them to tackle. Every non-handy homeowner (like me) needs to have that list of reliable professionals they can call on. A good plumber, a reliable auto mechanic, maybe a painter or carpenter. I just had the service panel replaced in my house and Brendan did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the results and it's great to have a shiny new panel to replace my old obsolete panel. Brendan was great to work with through the entire process from estimate to completion and I had confidence that he knew exactly what needed to be done and the work was done in the best manner possible. I had a few different estimates for the job, and some were cheaper, but I didn't get a good feeling with some of the others that they knew what they were doing or that they knew the electrical code very well. Phase II was the only company that understood and explained what needed to be done from the beginning and gave details of the planned work in the estimate so there was no question about what I was getting. I had Phase II come out to take a look at my circuit breaker that kept tripping. One thing I don't really like to "homeowner special" is electric work, so I left the panel alone after flipping the breaker switch off and on a few times to no avail. I had Phase II come out, and they were able to quickly figure out the problem - even though it wasn't a major problem at all. I will make sure to call Phase II when I need bigger work in the future. Phase II gave us a great quote for the outlet we wanted installed, the work was totally standard, and the electrician himself was super courteous and pleasant to deal with. But our bill was quite a bit more than we were expecting, without any explanation of the total. We paid it, then emailed to ask for an itemized breakdown (both because it seemed high based on the hourly rates they quoted, and we also wanted to determine whether we should use them for future work). The owner, Nicole Talmadge, replied with a curt "Here is the breakdown" with a list of time billed and a materials cost that's about 6x what we would have paid for the same stuff in-store. We can get overcharged somewhere that actually cares enough to provide billing details and decent customer service--won't be going back to Phase II. read more

I owe Brendan this review after he upgraded our electric panel in 10/2017. Great work at reasonable price. Very professional and trustworthy. What I want to emphasis is his great service after the project. We had a furnace leakage issue one week after the electric panel upgrade. I sent him an email on the evening asking whether the issue could be related. The next morning at around 7am I was woken up by the doorbell. Brendan came over to check our the furnace without notice. He helped with the diagnosis and it turned out unrelated. However, he showed us the solution step-by-step and we were then able to fix it by grabbing some parts from Home Depot. read more

Brendan is the man! He replaced a bunch of wiring behind the wall of our downstairs tv and fixed the breaker for our hot tub. Was right on time, worked efficiently and was very clear on what was wrong and what our options were. I never write reviews, but he did such a good job that I had to. Bellevue, WA - Brendan and his team came out for a full day job of upgrading our electrical panel. We had a couple of companies come out for quotes, but out of all of the electricians, Brendan seemed the most professional and trustworthy. His quote was pretty much right in line if not a little less than the other quotes as far as pricing goes. When they were here, Brendan was knowledgeable and timely and did a great job of explaining what he was doing and what we could do to help our cause since it was a big project. I had told him the wrong plug-in so he had to go get a different plug. But he wasn't upset, he went to Home Depot got the extra parts and came back to install. Had 2 bathroom fans replaced. They sent 2 guys. The guys finished more quickly than I expected and were helpful in explaining how things work and were knowledgeable on the fans I had bought and possible add ons. The fans work perfectly and they confirmed that the ventilation to the roof was connected properly which had me worried for a while. Overall good service and now I have a better ventilated home. read more

Phase II Electric, and Brandon in particular, is excellent in professionalism, friendliness, attitude and service ... and apparently, knowledge. At least Brandon was able to diagnose my problem quickly and fix it on the spot. Even though the problem had been "fixed" previously, by another electrician, Brandon was able to explain why what was done was wrong, while attempting not to blame anyone, and fix it so it was right. I had to wait a few days for service (this was no emergency), but I was actually able to get quicker service from Phase II than the other places I contacted, and at about the same rate. If I weren't leaving the area, I'd be using them for all my future electrical needs. read more

These guys have been awesome from start to finish! They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, and worked very efficiently. I had to hire them in a two-step process during a renovation, when I was moving walls and adding closets, etc. I ended up having to bring them back nearly four months later, and they were able to recall everything they had done in the previous job. I barely even remembered what had happened, and I only had one home to work in! Very impressed with their memory. Because I was unable to stay in the home while they were working, they always called to check with me about anything if they weren't sure what my preference would be, and they even sent photos after they were done. My only complaint is that they were booked out three weeks or so-- I'm assuming the word must be getting out that these guys are amazing. I hope that if they hire anyone else to help them with their work, that they can hire folks that are just as professional and trustworthy as they are. read more

They had to change the time that they came out, but they told me in advance and made it out on the agreed upon day. They called me when they were 20 mins away to let me know to be home.
