Lynn the manager was very professional and listened when I explained how my breaks sounded and when he couldn't hear the problem right away, he patiently listened to how and when my car made the sounds. I had someone drop off my car so Lynn and his team could work on it, and since it was time for my inspection they took care of that too. They were able to pinpoint the problem areas and give me a quote within 3 hours. On a leap of faith and a prayer I told Lynn to go ahead and do the repairs. By the end of the day it was ready. Let me tell you that after a terrible experience that leaves your car in worse condition than when you took it in and you get horrible attitude afterwards from that place, sometimes you just don't know who to trust or what to expect.
