Never like having a wreck but they waited and got the car back to us once the air bag sensor arrived.

Do not waste your time or money here. Last month I was told they'd be able to put my ac compressor…read moreinto my vehicle. I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM today to have my A/C compressor installed and didn't receive any updates for hours. I had to call them myself just to find out what was going on. After my car sat there for about seven hours, they told me the compressor I brought was supposedly bad and that they couldn't fix my A/C. Despite my car leaving with the exact same problem it came in with, they still charged me $378 in labor. Spending nearly $400 and leaving with a car that still isn't fixed is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, the last-minute diagnosis, and the amount I was charged left me feeling taken advantage of. I would never recommend this shop based on my experience. The manager is a no good crook (Hispanic male) and if you're a woman, please have a man come with you and get him to talk for you.

They offer the same lousy ass job for vacuuming and doing the bare minimum in tire shine. I didn't really want to come here, but it was closest to the Food Town. Clear Lake wasn't feasible to travel out to at the moment. I dropped off my Montero at 9:00 AM, within 14 minutes it was ready to be picked up. I said, aint no way, they did a quality job in that short amount of time. I picked up by 10:30 AM, upon pickup, I observed the tires weren't shined. The trunk of the vehicle hadn't been vacuumed. I sure enough complained because I didn't just spend $26 on a half assed job not in this economy. One of the workers tried to make it right by applying more tire shine. His response to why the trunk was incomplete, "the workers couldn't get the trunk to open", but I opened it up just fine no issues so I knew that was horse crap. The worker vacuumed the back out for me. He was nice, but still this place is the worst. Not even worth it. Supposed to be a neighborhood gem, but it's a headache and a half dealing with them. Why can't I get my money's worth?!

When I returned, they attempted to charge me another diagnostic fee for something that clearly appeared immediately after their repair. I refused to pay it and after they inspected it they admitted it was related to the work they had done and "fixed" it....temporarily. Later, the check engine light came back on. I asked them to simply check whether it was the same issue as before. Instead, they charged me $500 in diagnostics and told me it was unrelated. On top of the $500, they are now telling me it's an additional $2,000 in repairs. So after already paying $3,000+, I am now being asked to spend thousands more for issues that began immediately after their initial service. I feel nickel and dimed and overcharged throughout this process. After sharing my experience with coworkers, I learned that several of them had similar issues here, repeated diagnostics, high repair costs, and unresolved problems. That was concerning to hear. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.

I took my son's Jeep in because it had a misfiring problem. I left the vehicle at the shop, and later around noon, I received a call from Eric. He said, "Mr. Hildebrand, it is an electrical issue, and we need your authorization to remove and take apart the top of the engine so we can access the area and pinpoint the problem." I asked him, "What do you need to take apart, the intake?" He replied, "Oh, more than that." I then asked him, "How much is this labor going to cost me?" He replied, "You are in the $1,000 ballpark. But the good thing is that if we have to replace a part while removing components, the labor is already covered." I said, "Okay." Later, at the end of the day, in a phone conversation. In addition, Eric mentioned there would be an additional charge for testing, including a "drive cycle" and "re-pinning." Testing? I said, testing what? "The tech. needs to drive and test your vehicle afterwards." ($175) Re-pinning? I asked, what do yo mean about re-pinning? The tech. has to fix the pins so they make a connection again. ($ 310) In the end, I was charged $1,484 for connecting the Jeep to a computer and adjusting a pin on an electronic connector located at the very top of the engine, visible and completely accessible, next to the intake.
