When they guy is here we only see him for a minute or two before he starts doing his thing. I assume they're doing great work, because whenever there's a power outage the generator starts up without any issue. All in all we're very happy with GenPro. Trinity was Costco's contractor in my area. They wanted payment in full even before providing an…read moreinstallation date. I had Costco intervene and they agreed to half payment two months before installation but they took the whole amount from my credit card anyway. I should have balked then but I didn't want to start over. I found the owner to be arrogant. Recently when they were trying to get me to renew my service contract, they tried to upsell me on $165 valve adjustment with a vague reference that not doing so could negate the warranty. I checked the Generac manual and found that my generator has hydraulic lifters which don't require adjustment. Needless to say I terminated my relationship with them.
