I came across Kang's Martial Arts while researching summer camps for my son. Decided to give Kang's a go and my son is currently wrapping up his trial classes. Let me just say that my son has been unhappy since we moved in September, adjusting to a new place and new school has been difficult for him but after his first class I saw him smile and be filled with excitement I haven't seen him like that since before we moved and that made me so very happy. Kang's provides my son with good male mentors and a supportive group of kids around him and he's an only child growing up without a father, so that means everything to us. 3/11/21 My daughter continues to go here. She just loves this place. She's comfortable with all the Instructors. Wearing a mask during training doesn't bother her at all. Place is very clean. They can easily open the glass doors and air the room. I'm not worried at all about sending my daughter here even with the COVID pandemic. read more

Kang's Martial Arts is a great place where kids and adults can really develop their confidence and Tae Kwon Do/Hapkido skills. Both of our boys, ages 9 & 7, loves going there and the instructors are awesome! Master Jason and Master C are wonderful with my kids. We even booked my son's birthday party there last December and it was such a hit! We would highly recommend Kang's Martial Arts to everyone of all ages. read more

A birthday party like none other. Last Sunday we decided to let Kang's Martial arts to host my son's 6th birthday due to the fact that he is a student there and loves it. In brief my son became one of three instructors for the class/birthday (so cool) as all party goers were given a class in which every child thoroughly enjoyed as all the parents marveled at the heightened concentration of their children. After the food and cake were eaten all the children were brought back to the mat for board breaking , this was for me and everyone else the height of enjoyment and to see the faces on each child when they presented their parents with the board they just broke was priceless. I can't say enough about this organization and everyone who attended this birthday now sees why This is a themed birthday party like none other. Our son (who is 4) and his friends love coming to Kang's. The instructors are great with children and it is easy to see that the kids have a great time during and after class. Our son now not only counts to 10 in Koren but he practices his moves on us often. We know he wouldn't be doing this if he didn't love what he was doing. I am in awe of how confident my son has become since coming to Kang's. He is in an environment where the Masters are frim but also encourage students with positive reinforcement. this is a great school, my daughter (16) liked this school since the first time she put foot in it. She is always happy after I pick her up at the end of the lesson, it helps her to release stress, and she is willing to go even if she has a lot of homework, because she feels great overtime she goes. Gabriel, 6 years old, was very shy and was very scared to take any sort of lessons. When he got to this class though he forgot all about his fears and really enjoyed the class. He saw other kids his age, and really nice and patient instructors and he agreed to come back biweekly. The instructors are all amazing and support the children. Plus, the deal we got to start the lessons (back to school special) was great. 2 weeks of unlimited classes + a uniform for $20! Lessons are a bit on the pricey side but worth every penny!! It's been about a month and we've seen a lot of improvement in coordination and physical discipline in Gabriel. read more
