I was extremely pleased with my visit and my interaction with Coy. He was extremely personable holding a conversation about the process I was going through asking me what steps I had completed and telling me what else I needed to do. Any other services that this company offers I will more than likely schedule with them. Making an online appointment could NOT have been easier. I got there about 13 minutes early, filling out the iPad form took five minutes, the actual printing is done optically and sent digitally to NICS and other agencies. I had my receipt and was on my way fifteen minutes after arrival. Worth every penny.

I called this company multiple times to make sure I could get my fingerprints done and someone had always told me that I could just come in without an appointment. One day I called ahead and was told that the person in charge of this wasn't there but that she would be back the following week and that I could come in then. Trusting this information, I went in person (the following week as they had told me) and was told then that the machine they use for that wasn't there but to come in the next day... I did just that, walked in the next day only this time I was told that the lady who does the fingerprinting had called in sick but to come back another time and to call in advance to make sure she was there... Listen, I understand the challenges that small business face, I get that things happen however; after dealing with this for 2 weeks in a row I realized that this company is simply not reliable. I called in ahead just to make sure I could get my fingerprints done the same day and sure enough, I was done in less than 15 minutes.

I called and asked if they had a specitc software update that was mandatory, and was told the person who did the fingerprinting was not available and i should call the next day, which i did. She assured me she did have the correct one. I made an appointment for Fri 4/6 at 11 and she hung up without getting my name. Due to work schedule change, i called and rescheduled for 4/9 at 11 and this time made sure she had my name. I called and verified the appt later. When I got there on 4/9 the name on the door was different from the one i had. When I opened the door, the first thing I was met with was dirty, stained, and ripped carpeting. The woman at the desk denied I had an appt even tho I know she was the one i talked to since i recognized her voice and accent. She then said the woman who had the machine was not in. I insisted on talking to the manager and he came out saying the same thing. He said he could do it 4/10, but I said i have off today and can't make it on 4/10. He then said he'd call me later int he afternoon to reschedule. He said his name was Samuel and he promosied he'd call. Not tursting them, I called American Identity in Rockville and got right in. Clean professional office with profession and courteous staff. Samuel never called, and I wasn't surprised. So much for supporting looal businesses!

I walked in today with it being my first visit to Parcel Plus and was immediately greeted by the…read morestaff. Kevin made sure I had all the proper paperwork for my shipment and told me I was potentially missing a proper label. He said he'd give me a call to let me know if the driver couldn't take the package with the label I provided. He even said he could pack everything up for me and make sure proper documents were inside the package as well as visible on the outside. Kevin followed up with me later in the day to confirm that the package got sent out without issue. I just feel like this customer service was above and beyond and I'm very appreciative. It looked like a well stocked location and with the friendly service, I'd be happy to do business here again. 10/10 positive experience.
