Instead, it said the first an available appts were 4 and 4:30. Their worker is powerless to fix the system. On top of that, the location is pretty inconvenient--no onsite parking.

He assisted me in choosing the right box for all of the items, taped it up and placed my label on it. Even with several customers in the store, he was able to assist everyone in a timely fashion. The store was very clean and there was a bottle of hand sanitizer on the counter. If customers were too close to each other, he did ask for them to distance themselves. He seemed to have good rapport with the regulars and even the mail man that came to drop off mail for the PO Boxes inside. There was also an Amazon locker there.
