When RJ removed the bumper he found the sections of the grille were broken and the attachments of the grille below the bumper were broken.There was more damage to the bumper. He invited us in to see the damage, explained it clearly, and worked with our insurance company to update the amount of work needed. After we got the original quote from the insurance company we did not need any further calls with our insurance company. He handled all of that. He has his own paint shop and matches Tesla colors according to their spec. He delivered exactly what he said he would do and precisely on time. I mean, just imagine if you were guzzling a beer and paint drops started plopping from the ceiling. That would be no fun! Plus it would add an unknown flavor to your beer. So of course, Mark had no choice but to sleep in the horse trailer. That way he could be positive there were no paint drips or drops.
