I gave them blueprints on a 1350 sq ft home and was told the person that would go over the plans was on vacation and would get with me next week. After 4 weeks I went and asked for my blueprints back. No in seemed concerned on why I was just told the person that would have them was not in. Never heard back from them. Honestly I'm glad as I have found someone that is building custom kitchen cabinets and vanities and it isn't the prefab stuff they will sell you. This company has no customer service so my recommendation, from my experience is don't bother there are better companies out there.

I spoke with Matt and his supervisor without resolution. No one communicates with anyone at this location and no one takes accountability. I will not purchase anything from Lowe's in the future after being a loyal customer for years.

They have things you didn't even know you needed! Only problem is it's downtown and I forget about it. Lowe's or HD won't have what I need. Mike says what about Bible Hardware? They've got it every time! Prices are good, about like everywhere else. The ladies up front seem to know where everything is and what aisle it's on. What great service! All the guys working there are so helpful. What a great place!
