Apparently if you don't have a big project, or maybe this is just the way they operate, this company isn't interested in you. I gave them blueprints on a 1350 sq ft home and was told the person that would go over the plans was on vacation and would get with me next week. After 4 weeks I went and asked for my blueprints back. No in seemed concerned on why I was just told the person that would have them was not in. Never heard back from them. Honestly I'm glad as I have found someone that is building custom kitchen cabinets and vanities and it isn't the prefab stuff they will sell you. This company has no customer service so my recommendation, from my experience is don't bother there are better companies out there. read more

Time to replace our outdated, 40 yr old tile bathroom countertop. I did the original measurements and contacted InCounters (Lubbock) for a quote. We had been proactive and already had chosen Corian type. Comparing the quote to an online company... InCounters was $300 cheaper than a the online company and with the online company, I had do the removal and install. So the choose was a no brainer. After meeting with InCounters, we looked at corian sink colors. The Lubbock location does not have sink examples so it's imperative you do you're choices online. We upgraded to undermount larger sinks (2-4 lead time). We signed their contract and wrote the check. The next week, the Lubbock contact came out and measured the counter top with a laser. 5-1/2 weeks later, InCounters Abilene called to setup the install. I had a large mirror professionally moved to eliminate backsplash interference. I also removed the old tile backsplash. Two guys arrived and within an hour the installation was complete. No issues. No problem. We love the new counter. The plumbers completed the faucet install the next day and they remarked how pretty the counter top was as well. read more

I recommend avoiding these guys. I selected a Slab and paid for a quartz countertop weeks ago. They came out and measured for our counter. When they go to cut the quartz they cannot find my selection and apparently it was sold to someone else. I selected the new sample that didn't match but I had no choice (no discount offered). They cut the new selection and bring it out to install and determine that it will not fit and was measured incorrectly. Now they have no options in stock. This has been a bad experience and based on my experience I would not choose them again. read more

Worst customer service ever. The lone salesman is surly and uncommunicative. After we wrote our check (for the full cost) he stopped answering emails, texts and phone calls. We were passed to the scheduler and receptionist for all our questions and concerns. Our granite was cut the day of our install, one piece broke so we had a two day install instead. Installers (who were great) showed up at 3:30 instead of 9:30 but did work both days until it was done. Had to settle for a sink I didn't pick out and a seam in the granite bc of issues not disclosed at purchase. There has to be a better company in Abilene to get your counter install! We asked for floor samples to install new floors, we repeatedly asked for the floor installers phone number, or for him to call us. Here we are, weeks after our granite install and we still have heard nothing from the salesman. Nor have we received any sort of communication since the installers left two weeks ago. There is no follow up whatsoever, no concern to see if we are satisfied. Needless to say, we have chosen another floor company to do the floors. Avoid this place if you want to be a participating, informed part of your remodel. You are nothing but a nuisance to them once the check is written. read more

Not impressed at all with the work quality. Installer and fabricator did a poor job. The seam was very noticeable with the glue being the wrong color. Someone did come out to fix it. The glue is a better match, but seam is still very noticeable. Chipped edges on one piece that had to be replaced. It was also cut about 3/16" too short. The chipped corner piece never should've been installed if there was any type of quality control. Installer also drilled the soap dispenser hole so close to the faucet AND on the wrong side. Normal drill should be 8" from the faucet to the right. This guy did not ask and drilled 4" to the left. Still waiting to see what, if anything, the company will do to make things right. read more

We had a horrible experience with Incounters. Not only were they insulting but they are rude. Jordan, a salesman for Incounters, sold a piece of granite out from under me and my family. His reasoning? Because the other (no payment down at all) customer is a home builder and he didn t want to make them upset. He wanted to give the home builder what they wanted. I asked him what the difference was between me (a paying customer) and the home builder was. He straight up told me it was because the home builder will make him thousands of dollars and I m merely a guy off the street that won t make him much money at all. I was insulted and humiliated and left without any rectifying being attempted. He did NOTHING to make it right. He told me he wasn t about to make the home builder upset. But that he didn t mind upsetting me and my family. Over money. This company is very careless with NO morals read more
