Cashier assured me that hand wax job would include paste wax, a superior method for paint protection. I saw employees using spray wax and told the cashier, who proceeded to tell me. 'Oh no, they use paste'. Last two times I was here I was encouraged to have spray wax application because 'it makes car shinier'. No, it's just faster for his employees. I was wary this time, prompting me to watch the process. Full service and hand wax is $58. Not what I received today. Unethical, dishonest practices at Acme. Employees handling the cars work very hard. It's not their fault that they are told to use spray wax. Going elsewhere next time where I can hopefully get what I am paying for. read more

When I returned to discuss my concerns with the man in the booth who charged me, I expressed my frustration. He simply said, "We'll take care of it," but nothing was actually addressed. It felt like they pretended to clean my car without doing any real work. I arrived at 3:15, and I timed their so-called cleaning and drive-through car wash. The total time spent was only 20 minutes! When I returned to confront them about the inadequate cleaning, I noticed six men standing idle. I would have considered giving them the benefit of the doubt if they had been busy, but they clearly were not. It was incredibly frustrating, and I can't help but wonder if they treated me this way because I'm a woman. Their service was absolutely the worst. On top of the $54 | paid, I tipped each man $5, totaling $15, which I now regret given how little they seemed to care about their work. I assure you, you're much better off seeking a detailer on Instagram. This service was a complete waste of my time and money. As seen in the pictures, you can clearly see bird poop, improper vacuuming, and wipe-down issues. They even left gum that was obviously not supposed to be there. I just need something on my way to and from work after I get back home from Fresno to clean to off the bugs and what not. This car wash isn't anything fancy. However, I do feel my wash was pretty thorough. They hand dry your car instead of using those steering fans that leave your car wet. That impressed me. Also they offer different options for washing your car including detailing. Even with the basic interior cleaning, they did a really good job and I was very satisfied how much of my dogs for they got out which is a hard task to do. I think it was like $20 more for that service but it was totally worth it and cheaper than other places I've gone to so I was very happy about that. The way they clean your carpets to was amazing. They put it on some rack thing and scrub it with like a brush or something and I don't know what else they did but my carpets were clean and I've never seen any car wash clean I'm so thoroughly. read more

Terrible work ethics! They clean half of the car. I have been here number of times, every single time they do this and after wash I am complaint then they're like sorry, they'll make sure it doesn't happen again. Right before you enter their car wash area, you have to stop, choose a wash from their menu, pay for it and proceed. When you get to the wash area, there always one worker waiting. They will direct you to come forward to get left wheels on the rail and then put your car on neutral. From this moment you car starts getting pulled in the automated machine was section, but the worker has this 10-15 seconds to use a mop kind of brush with some soap liquid to rub all over your car, this is a very crucial step, otherwise if you have fingerprints, other spots, most of the time they don't get removed by automated wash, this worked can only manage to clean the driver side of the hood, driver side windows and only half of the read view glass towards the driver. They NEVER have enough time to clean the passenger side because by the time they try to, your car is already in the automated wash area. This time, i went for a car wash because passenger side from window was not clean, I was like lets get a full car wash, and the passenger side window was still dirty after the wash because that worker never touched it, again. This is an extremely poor practice and despite numerous verbal complaints they have failed to address this issue. I am never coming back to waste money here. I guess I am grateful the car wash is opened and doing a brisk business. The real problem is they are charging their normal prices; yet, they are not providing all the services they were for that same price. No vacuuming the interior, no cleaning the dash, no cleaning the inside of the windows...I guess they are going with "an over abundance of caution". Ok...so I had to vacuum the inside, clean the door jambs, wipe down the dash and clean the inside of the windows...I can handle it. However, it would be nice if management reduced the price since they are not doing any cleaning of the interiors AT ALL. But what I really needed, and bought the Superworks so I would get it, was my wheel rims to be cleaned. Nope...actually they just wiped the dirt and grease all over the rims as they pretended to clean them. So...I got to do that part of the job too. Here at acme had a very bad experience the man named Alex was very rude, arguing with me because I didn't hear something he offered me the first time so I went back to get the service and he said I told you 3 times I said I didn't hear you that when started saying I've been here 23 years. Spent $130 on a wax. They did a really good job cleaning the car and the service was really good. Upon leaving I notice a huge crack in my windshield. They basically said that it was impossible and could not see it on camera without even checking it. Made me feel like I was trying to get over on them. I didn't ask for anything all I wanted was some accountability or concern instead they explain to me how a rock chip inches away that wasn't connected to the crack was the cause of it. What a joke. Pros: They did a decent clean on our car. Cons: Not decent enough to ignore the fact that they missed so many spots in our interior cleaning. We had paid for their $49.99 cleaning service. Which included an interior detailing, with the car wash. But after the cleaning, we noticed how they did the vacuuming but ignored much of the dashboard and inside door grime. We returned to have them redo the job, and they STILL missed several spots and gave up. But not before we noticed that our phone charger was also missing. Not gonna say that anybody stole anything, but it was there before the "redo cleaning." This place is not recommended. I had both bad customer service and wash experience. When I called to ask for their pricing, the woman was very rude and hang-up the phone saying she is too busy with the customer. When I visited the location, I purchased $8 wash. The attendant was courteous and handwashed with a brush for 20 seconds before the system started. At least one portion of the wash cycle was noticeably broken. I'm a regular, once a week, or was before price went up and service started to lack. Either they need more staff to keep up or retraining is needed. Can't blame the guys cleaning, always nice and professional but they are so pressed for time that they rush, leaving stuff uncleaned. the outside wash does not catch the front of the car and will not remove the grime and bug splatters. after going thru the wash there was no direction as to where to go for the inside cleaning. the car was not fully hand dried. the guy that cleaned the inside did a decent job but he did not clean the inside of the front and back windows. had to ask him if he could at least get some of the dirt off the front of car. for the price it should be done better. read more

I have had my car cleaned (inside and out) at this facility for several years now and have to say the service here is excellent. Upon arrival, I am consistently greeted by a very courteous and professional gentleman. The rest of the staff are courteous, hard working, and leave my car looking great. Terrible job, had my car clay bard and buffed with the machine. After I put my car in the Sun there is still so much debris on my car, swirl marks in the paint. For $150 There was still debris that I can pick up with my fingernail. As far as buffing the paint out they are the worst. I've had my car taken to other places with a much better job. The interior of my car is cloth so I paid more than 40$ to get the cloth on my seats cleaned and the door handles. After it was cleaned I tipped the two gentlemen 10$ each, once I got home I took the plastic covers they had placed so I wouldn't get wet and noticed the seats we extremely wet and had horrible spots in them. This carwash needs MANAGEMENT! Just got a carwash as the last customer of the day. I prepaid for a monthly pass. When i get out of the carwash i pull up to the vacuum station. The worker pulls off the hoses and says that they're now closed. They closed while in the middle of my carwash!? I speak to Michael (at register) he said i would've had to pay extra for a vacuum. I was told free vacuum at time of purchase. Last time i was there i had the same issue. I talked to manager, he said i was able to vacuum and IS included in the price. I call with time advance to make an appointment To get the interior of my car washed I was told by one of the workers there that you need an appointment so I call. I make an appointment for what I believe is the following Monday from when I call A few days pass and I ask if it's possible to switch it to another day. The worker that answer the phone Seemed a little busy for me but I still continue to tell him my concern I started getting frustrated when he told me that my appointment was never made then later on he tells me it was made for the previous Monday which I do not understand how that was made when I gave specifically the date and time I needed my vehicle for it and see if they can accommodate me, The gentleman I spoke to the first time said it was possible and that they could get it done that day and have it ready for it later morning or afternoon off that day. So I continue to speak to this gentleman which he started getting rude because he was frustrated at the fact that I told him that that's not what I wanted when I decide to want to speak to the owner he got very defensive and started saying that the owner was going to be on his side and Basically that it was their way or no way. When I continue to try to speak to him about my frustration into getting him to accommodate me to another date or time he was very rude and basically said that he had no time for me because he had other clients waiting which I understood he is working with other people too but he made it seem like my concern was not important and there was no need for me to talk to or express my feelings to the owner . He just hung up on me very rude and disrespectful! First things first, I want to start by saying that this place was a great experience and AWESOME customer service! Including Michael and Hector. I had no idea what to get or do when I got there. I asked questions and they answered all of them. Really helpful and I don't regret coming here. They were funny and outgoing. The set up is nice and has a customer lounge for the wait. What a waste. Overly priced Full Service Super Works; and for what? For nothing. My recommendation is to just pay for the basic exterior wash and wipe your car down yourself. For the extra cash you drop on these dressings you can just buy all these supplies at Walmart for a lot less. Plus they'll last you. They were supposed to clean my rims and all they did was wipe them down. Armor all shine on the tires with my rims smeared with dirt. There service was quick but for a half a** job. I'm not sure if this location allows you to use their vacuums with a basic wash but the one on Abbott does. So I prefer going there. I pay $10 bucks for an exterior wash, use their powerful vacuums for free. And just dress my car myself. Spray my armor all on my rims wipe them down. Comes out looking like I paid that $35 dolla Full Service Super Works for $10 bucks. Oh and by the way... The second star was added only because they scrub your vehicle prior to it entering the car wash machine. I haven't used this car wash in half a year, because last time I went the guy working the register was extremely rude and talks to you like your an inconvenience. Last time I was being handed the store copy of receipt to sign and he drops the pen right onto my new white shirt which left a pen streak going down my chest, as I was on my way to an event. He saw what he did and walked back to the register for a minute instead of saying sorry. Today I go back and it's the same rude guy!! I was asking what's the cheapest car wash that does tires and rims and he said $65.99, and I said I'm pretty sure there's a cheaper option. He told me "look at the board then," where I managed to point out to him the $35 wash does rims and tires, so I'll go with that. Buyer beware when you spend $80 or $90 on a car wash you do not get the exterior cleaned. We paid $90 to have our car cleaned inside and out and the carpet shampoo and they stole a floormat, the change in the cupholder and when we picked up the car the outside was filthy. Rarely go to this ACMe but I was in the area. Very nice people and employees but old car wash equipment. The dryer was broken and they had to spray down the car with a hose. I was then directed to park to have vehicle dried waited about 5 minutes and then asked to get back in line to re-wash. Only issue was the huge line waiting which would result in an additional 10 to 15. Not convenient at all. read more
