I took one look at their beautiful work on their roof and told them to give me his contact info. Once Chris called me back he made the process a no stress process. He even helped with choice color by suggesting colors and was very patient when it took us forever to pick a color. We were so excited to get a new roof and him and his team did not disappoint the day of install. They even helped putting a new roof on my shed as well. He was great at keeping in touch and great for returning our phone calls and very patient with all of our questions and concerns. I am looking forward to him and his team help with future home repairs.

The day of the demo they brought a 1 crowbar and 1 hammer to demo plaster! They had to borrow my husband's tools, trash can, tarps, masks, it was ridiculous. They put in my tile all messed up crooked, weaves in and out horrible job!!!. The owner then tells me after I signed a contract that I had to pay extra money because he "didn't know I had plaster walls for demo" Um BS the house was built in the 50s your telling me you "didn't know" plus we told you and had a whole conversation for 45 min about it. This company will make you feel like you are to blame for all their mistakes. When I told the owner about all the tile that was chipped and half-assed put in he said well if I would have paid more then he would have fixed it. Who says things like that? Oh, and they don't practice lead safety practices either I had to get OSHA involved. Point of this story again DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY GARY HE IS HORRIBLE. and by the way, the job was started in May 2019 and it is still not complete. I spoke with his wife and told her it wasn't finished and got no response back yet. It is not almost September 2019.

It is a tile composite and thought it would be nice but absolutely hate it. It has no finish or shine whatsoever. It scratches, mars and stains easily. I had some of the tiles replaced (at my expense) which was more of a waste of money because more are damaged now since not durable. Ron from Finishers told me the distributor was Floor star Sales. About two months ago I reached out to Finishers and spoke with Ron. My carpet is disintegrating I have fiber like particles you could say like sand all over. Vacuuming doesn't help either. If you touch the carpet it leaves sand like particles on your hand. My tile floor gets full of it as well as my furniture. I change the furnace filter every month and it is full of this carpet particles. After many emails and requesting the phone number for the distributor Ron emailed me was a wrong number. Just this past Thursday Eric the owner came out and admitted that there was a problem and that he was going to make sure a claim was filed. From the tone it sounds that Millken is very slow at filing claims. Mean while we are breathing these particles. This is why people end up suing because companies want to neglect their responsibilities and leave consumers with no choice but to sue.
