He came to the house the next day and gave a thorough and timeframe to start snd finish work. He ordered the liner ( the only cost upfront ) and a time scheduled to start work. Installation completed that day!! Had to wait for water delivery due to holiday weekend, so when water was delivered in the evening, a few days later, the skimmer was leaking!! Tad came within 15 min of my call and adjusted the screws!! I highly recommend his service !! Give him 5 stars!!

Never hire anyone that isn't licensed, insured and 100% factory trained not trained by installing their own pool!!!! messed up our pool it leaked no urgency to fix went out and did more quotes before coming back after we paid him almost $7000 cash wanted to use caulk of buytl tape to fix the leak that was at the steps we got tired of waiting and bought new kit and fixed the correct way! he got mad bailed and didn't pay for us to redrain, new parts and not his 1/2 ass hack way and refill. he wasn't happy we fixed the correct way after waiting a week and him not being available so he sent a letter text admitting everything and since we fixed he wouldn't WARRANTY ANY OF HIS WORK. He advertised he saves money but he cost us double! He has no equipment or tools it will cost you $$$$$ for him to learn. Hires help that are friends or off facebook I later learned. Tadek screwed us and walked away!!! BUYER BEWARE! We are in now for almost $10,000 and will most likely starting over next year we don't trust any of his work!!!

Called Goodall. They had a quote for me to fix the floor within the hour, and a guy to come out almost next day. They did amazing work. Pulled out all the rotting wood, replaced the floor, installed a new flange even. Also was able to unclog my grandma's tub. I'll be using them next time I'm in town for the bigger repair job coming up. Pictures are of the toilet hole before the fix, and after. The workers came over on time and were very nice, but apparently there was some question about the integrity of the hoop itself. They installed it without asking any questions, and after they left I noticed the hoop could only extend to a max of 6 feet tall, rendering it useless. Why wouldn't you talk to me before you cemented it in? Now I'm out $225 and all they offered to do is cut it down and I got the reply " we did what you asked us to do." * update: the "Fabulous Mr. Fix It" still hasn't removed the hoop as promised. The overall quote was reasonable & I had no problems until the point that I was dissatisfied with the transition piece between kitchen & dining area. Most recently, the transition was glued down, but literally did not stick. I can pick it up. It also is not quite long enough & there is a gap between the wall and wood. He does an excellent job of hanging pictures, which I greatly appreciated as a side courtesy. but his level of responsiveness dropped from a 10 to a 0 at this point. Nothing is urgent on my end, but a simple acknowledgement of my text of concerns & pics of the issue would be appreciated. I feel disrespected to be completely ignored after investing a good sum of money in my wood floors with a guarantee of satisfaction. I am not seeking to bash this company; to the contrary, I simply would appreciate acknowledging the problem with a plan to follow up.
