He said it was because it was more work than he thought it would be, but never discussed any of these extra charges with us. He was rude when we called to talk to him about it and got upset with us because we never came out to talk to him while they were there cleaning the pool. We were at work each time he came so how could we? To top it all off the pool was open but not completely cleaned. There was still tons of vacuuming that needed to be done and it was disgusting the way he left it. However, he told us he was done cleaning it and it was our turn now. Yes that's right he said it was our turn to take it over when it wasn't even fully cleaned. Not only did he not finish the job and demand we pay him more but I had to continue to clean my yard every night when I got home. Unfortuately, this company does not work on above ground pools but the customer service that I was provided was top notch, and because the owner's wife was so kind to me when I called I was able to get my pool in working condition through a referral.

So we gave up and called for professional help. Chris, who answered the phone in no time, jumped right in to help us diagnoses the issues. He waited on the phone patiently while we lubricated the rubber ring of the pump, went back n forth dumping water in the pump, recirculated and rinsed the filter. I found out that they were in and out in less than 10 min and never vacuumed or brushed the walls of my pool. Their website says: Service Includes: Testing of pool water chemistry Addition of chemicals needed for water balance Skimming of pool surface Vacuuming of pool floor Alternating weeks of waterline cleaning and wall brushing Cleaning of pump and skimmer baskets Backwashing of filter as needed I let them know what happened and sent a video attachment. They offered to give me a credit for one service. They had been out over 20 times. Remember to Inspect what you expect, if you choose to hire them in the future.
