This Is My First Time... Have A Septic In My Home ... so After living in my home for 2 1/2 Tear I Decided To have it Emptied Out... He Showed Up ... 15 Minutes He Was Finished ...Told He May Have To Come Back Out ... I Said For What ? He Told Me Sometimes They Can Fill Back Ip ...No Other Explanation... I went to Bimini... Came back Home ... Got Sick & Went To Doctor... It was as if He Didn't do Anything ... The Same Issue That I Spoke To Them About ... I Ask For Him I was Told He Doesn't Work Here Anymore ... I asked if this was because he's not professional ... She Just Found every Excuse To Get Me Off The Phone After Talking My Money With No Real Explanation ... I'm out of $350 & She wanted me to get it check again @ An Additional Cost ... For What ? u been in business for Years & This is How They Treat New Customers ... Say ... I'm on Disability ... I Don't Have Money To give away without Explaining what needs to be done there than call a plumber ... I Will be calling on the new media to assist Me ... Very Rude......they do not stand behind there work. 2 months after pumping my Tank my son discovered the Tank lid was not completely closed on top of the Tank causing rain water to fill the Tank back up. I called them and the Technician who pumped my Tank answered the phone and after explaining he did not put the lid back on completely and that he needed to come back out and pump it and secured the lid he said I had to pay him to come out refused and then hung up on me. I called him back and he did not answer the phone. I am 89 years old and that's how this Company treats their so called customers. read more

Very very unprofessional. I called to schedule and then he asked for a credit card number. I told him I don't pay for services before they are done. He said, "well then, I can't help you" and hung up on me. Then I wrote a negative comment on Google and their reply - to elaine - an all around lowercase individual. They should not have any customers for the way they speak and treat people. Buyer beware - CONTACT ANY OTHER SEPTIC COMPANY THAN ACME. read more

This is a 4th generation family business. They phoned with their arrival time. They arrived right on time. There were two technicians, one of which is the great grandson of the founder . Both went to work digging to get to the septic tank. While performing the pump out, I would call him Sr., arrived to take of the payment. They know the business well. The founder was probably the one that installed our system back in 1957. We highly recommend this company for anything needed on a septic tank system. Job well done. read more

This is the second appointment I have made by Luke that was not met..The first time had an excuse, flimsy, but at least he called. This second time I made an appointment and no one from ACME showed up and NOBODY called.. A waste of a day when I could have called a reputable service and would have been done with my Septic issue. I have neighbors that use Darrell Crews and are pleased with them, so that's my next call. I cant imagine the Poop Pumping business is so good Luke can turn away customers...Oh well. read more

Please do not use this company. They lied to me and told me that they empied my septic tank. I had the lid opened a few hours later and the tank was still full. they only took out about 50 to 100 gallons. Called them back and they said that they will come the next day and they did a no show. Called them back and the owner hung up in my ear. I gave this company a 1 only because I could not give them a zero read more

Extreme price gouging!!!! During a hard freeze this past winter my pipes froze and burst. My…read morerelative recommended this company so I called for assistance. They came the next day and repaired the damaged pipes and replaced two sub meters. The plumber they sent had never seen sub meters. He said I'd need to call JEA about them. I explained that they were mine and that I'd had them installed years prior. He had no clue where to get them. He went back to his truck after looking over the situation and I came back inside and called a plumbing supply company five minutes from my home that stated they carried them. I went out to his truck and told him where he could get the sub meters and he was sitting there clipping his nails! After a while he left and got the necessary supplies for the job and came back and made the necessary repairs. According the the owner of the company the sub meters cost $237.00 each totaling $474.00 there was four feet of PVC pipe replaced and the charge for the repair was $2,186.91. The repair took a total of three house counting the time the repair person sat in my driveway clipping his nails and doing whatever else he was doing but surely was not working on my repair. He didn't even wrap the piped with insulation after he replaced the broken pipes and meters. He told me I'd need to do that! Their hourly fee for this job works out to approximately $550.00 per hour! In my opinion that's price gouging. I spoke with Spencer, the owner of the company who told me they don't work "buy the hour" they price by the job and reminded me of overhead costs etc. He said he'd look over the paperwork for the job and see what he could do. After numerous attempts to contact him he finally offered me a $200.00 refund and said he'd mail it to me. After countless attempts to get the refund I finally drove to their "office" and in person I requested they write me a check. I waited about twenty minutes and got the $200.00 refund. I will NEVER call this company again!

The owner of this company is Luke Sresovich. He would only take cash from my elderly mother, in my opinion that's usually a sign of cheating the IRS. He only pumped about 1/4 of the septic tank. He didn't lift the lid to pump the tank. He lied and said her drain fill was bad. It is not!! My mom is 77 years old. He will not even stay on the phone with me long enough to fix this issue . He is so rude he keeps hanging up on me. What kind of business man hangs up on customers. He is a snake and a liar, she asked him to open the hold lid and he refused. She had to go out and cover & smooth the dirt back after they had been there. If you want SCREWED then call Acme Septic Tank Company and let Luke Sresovich to do your septic tank. I will understand why people screwed widowed eldery women. So I'm telling don't use this company. read more

This man Luke Sresovich will rip you off. He took advantage of my elderly mom, he claim to have taken care of her septic tank, WHICH HE DID NOT. He took her $200 and did not do the job. Then when my mom tried call him, he will not answer the phone. YOU LUKE SRESOVICH will not get by with doing my mom like you did. TO ANYONE THAT READS THIS, DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN FOR NOTHING. I even tried to call and he does not have the balls enough to talk to me about what he did to my mom.
