New company came out and located my actual septic lid and it was beyond full. Called A1 and lady said that's impossible and I was wrong and new company is wrong. But the tank they did empty wasn't my septic tank. Please people do your research before choosing this company. Also on first visit in 2021 their tanker broke down in my front yard. They didn't pump first day but was trying to changer me a service fee for showing up and not pumping. Then next day they came back and pumped apparently the wrong tank.
