This company is a scam! They low bid the work and then don't finish the job and tear up all of your property in the process! I've had to spend three times what I saved on the cost of the job just to repair my property! After they got done there was bubbling sewage in the yard and they refused to fix it! read more

Don't use this company customer service is horrible they came out to pump out my septic tank and I furnished some tarps for them to put the dirt on one and the sod pieces on the other which i asked them Nicely to do this which really makes their job lots easier and also save my sod to put back down after just lifting tarp of dirt first back in the hole the. Put the sod pieces on top last so they will grow back place both guys didn't listen just throwed the dirt and sod pieces all mixed together and then when they put the dirt back in holes they just threw the sod pieces all mixed in dirt upside down didn't care then i had asked them to be real careful with the lid that it was close and under my concrete curbing somewhat and they didn't listen to that either have pics where they were stepping on top of the curbing putting the lid back on which their weight on it with no dirt under it to support their weight it cracked and sent pics to office girl said they weren't gonna pay to fix the crack and then said she would send someone out to repair the crack that was a week ago today no phone call no one has shown up to fix and its a terracota color so the caulk will have to be at least a halfway matching color to match! i want be using this company again i had used them 3 years ago and had No problem done a great job but this time was a disaste! read more

STOP! Do not do business with this company. Their contract say they are not responsible for ANY damage to your property. Whatever you might save having them do your septic you will cost three times as much repairing your property! read more

My father got charged $750 for a pump out service/ added an extra $250 to "clear out roots" this company did not even open up the lids. All in all they charged him for a job they didn't even do! I do not recommend this place to anyone. Complete con artist. The pictures are all from me and my father cleaning it out our self and opening both lids for the very first time in like 20 years! Don't do business with this man unless you want him to take your money and not provide the service you contracted for. He wanted cash, gives a receipt on a torn piece of paper and doesn"t deliver what he promised. He doesn"t return phone calls or answer texts. I requested a truckload of topsoil and he dumped 1/2 a truckload of sand on my lawn. Promised to correct delivery, never heard from him again. Multiple attempts, no response. Charged me $400 and disappeared. read more

Do not do business with this company unless you are so wealthy you can piss money away. I got a $900.00 dollar bill to replace pump and I had dug up the cover and was ready for a new pump. They cut the old electrical lines and left them in the dirt then installed new pump and left the new wires above ground. The technician didn't have a shovel I supplied the shovel. Less then a hours work, come to find out the pump cost $200.00 at the local plumbing supply house. I am a finish carpenter with great skills and could not bill a customer that amount of money for that short of time. read more

Call anyone else. Paid them for an septic inspection and permitting. After 2 months still no word back, no response from the office and multiple request for refund and explanation of any unused money. After 2 weeks still no answer from anyone and the front office lady just sends me to an answering machine. Meanwhile in out a thousand dillars for 0 actual results. Call anyone else. Doing it yourself would have better results. This company just takes your money and doesn't deliver on and reaults. ​ read more

Matt from Flamingo Septic came to give me an estimate for repair of my septic tank. He was very professional, polite, & exhibited a high level of expertise in septic repairs. When he finalized his estimate for repair, he presented a bill of $195.00. I told Matt that I was not told about a fee for giving an estimate. He said he was ordered by the office to collect $195. I paid the bill even though I felt this was highway robbery. I called the office & spoke with Patrick who was the same individual that I spoke with to set up the estimate appointment. He insisted that he had told me about the fee. I insisted he had NOT informed me of the fee. Let's face it - who would knowingly pay $195 to get an estimate. Not me....if I had only been informed ahead of time! I think this is an underhanded business practice & I will not give my business to a company that isn't transparent and honest up front. Charging $195 for an estimate is unethical in my opinion & even worse that they didn't inform me up front. read more
