At 12 is I sent an email and then by 2 I called to see where it was. They referred me to someone in the mall. The man that I spoke with said because I needed it by the weekend (i should have clarified by the end of the weekend) which shouldn't have been necessary anyway because I was told it's be done same day, and said I didn't want to be "pushy" i Was being referred elsewhere. I guess my business is not good enough. Very disappointing. Update*** the place they referred me to, T customz at Valley Fair was absolutely incredibly helpful and made it easy and fast to get what I needed.
