At first I tried the online services of UPS/Fedex to send in my order, but they would not allow double sided orders for some reason. I gave up on getting the order done on time, but as a last gasp I reached out to Printink. I got the online order through, I got a call first thing in the morning and then they delivered my order to the location I needed the material at for a nominal fee. All the items were there prior to my client checking into his hotel. It was solid service all the way around. Timely, professional and dependable, rare in today's world.

"Top Down Management" continues to fail…read more I've not had reason or desire to use this store until recently since long before them relocating. Apparently #UPS @UPS doesn't monitor franchise store owner/staff customer service/behavior. -When I asked if I will receive "tracking information" on a package that I was sending the reply, not in a positive tone was; "That's not us, we don't provide it, it's them"! Assuming he meant it was the company that provided the label? When I returned home, I realized that information was missing from several fields on the receipt provided. Curious if tracking information from UPS would be provided if pertinent information was loaded into your system when a package is dropped off? I would have used Fed Ex as they automatically provide tracking information connected to ones email address, shipping address, phone number and name in their system. One has to believe, if your staff were to take the time to infill pertinent information when accepting a package that tracking would be provided? Doesn't seem like rocket science, but perhaps it is. In the end, if you're "NOT UPS" as you state in reply to other review and you're not interested in using your game, perhaps you should lower the UPS signs in and around your property.

I was driving down the freeway when one of their trucks cut me off 3 times driving erratically…read more When I got off the exit, I tried to get around them to protect my 2 young children and myself and get away from them. I don't even think they noticed they cut me off. I never honked because I have worked on my road rage and now don't really get upset with others on the freeway. When we got off, as I moved into the other lane, he came into my lane and proceeded to honk at me because I was there. He then stopped 10-15 feet before the stop line to proceed to yell at me. I rolled down my window to tell him he came into me and then rolled it up to deescalate the situation, as there have been several shootings that started that way and I did not want to engage further to protect my children who were in the car with me. There were 4 men yelling at a mom and children. I would NEVER want people like that at my business, interacting with customers, or near my family. I am a partner in 2 businesses, and work on the PTA board, so we have had many signs, business cards and other things done.
