And that they did, they took her iPhone, and ransacked her vehicle. My daughter had her stuff/belongings in certain areas and when received by the collision center they took pictures on how they received it and it was nothing like she left it, so be careful on calling this place for towing! People are so disrespectful!!!

He said no problem he has extension's and should be able to get the vehicle out. I wish he'd have been a little more up front and said he has limitation on where he can get and what he can do, because we probably would have sought other alternatives. He got up there pretty quickly and was very nice and pleasant. Unfortunately he was not able to get the vehicle out, and honestly made the situation worse, pulling the vehicle deeper into the rut it was in rather than getting it out. We could have got it out if we used a tree as a "snatch point," in the beginning rather than waiting until we pulled the vehicle more down into a ditch. A little frustrating on that front because I had to recommend the idea, rather than the paid expert doing so right away. He said up front it was a "recovery," and the charge would be $500. I was fine with it, if he got it out. When he was unable to get it out he said he'd charge $200. Again, I know he had used his gas, tires, oil, time, etc..... to get up there and I fully expect to compensate for that. I gave him my card and he said "do you mind if i do $250?" Like, what? Either say it's half price if it's unsuccessful or charge what you told us before. It was so weird, and I was on the spot that I said sure..... In reality I was going to tip him 40 cash for him attempting it, and being prompt and polite, but that extra $50 addition irked me enough that I did not tip. Overall, I would recommend this company for roadside towing as they seem prompt, nice, and can definitely take care of the job. If it's off road towing or getting pulled out from a muddy ditch, I would recommend looking for a "recovery," company or find some friends with off road Jeeps(we did that on day 2, and they got the vehicle out in less than an hour).

I went through several roadside assistance programs to include AAA and no one was available to help. Early Sunday morning, I began calling around and made contact with Madrid who immediately said they would help. They sent out a tow truck that turned out to be too small for my vehicle. The owner showed up and between the owner and the tow truck operator, they were able to get my vehicle moved to a safer location. They explained that they had a larger tow truck, but that driver was off for the day. They texted him and when he heard about my situation, he showed up anyway and within a few minutes, had my vehicle all hooked up and ready to move. Worried about leaving my vehicle overnight at a repair facility that would be closed until Monday morning, they took my vehicle back to their yard and secured it for the night, then met me the next day at the dealership to drop it off. While I hope I never end up broken down in Albuquerque again, if I do, I'll call Madrid. Great service and really, really good people.

One of the Bones guys stopped and helped us using jacks he had. We tried to give him some money but he politely declined. Even after the tire was changed he followed us up to the next freeway exit to make sure that the damaged wheel well, wiring and other parts weren't interfering with the wheel. This guy restored our faith in humanity after a very long day!!

Customer service is below the most horrible. Our truck was broken into the day after we flew out of abq for thanksgiving week. We had used a park & stay hotel (also would not recommend doing that) and got a call that a window had been broken on our truck. We were out of the country and didn't have any option besides to have the truck towed and stored for the week. My husband made a few calls to try and find someone who would store the vehicle in an indoor space since we had a wide open broken window. J & M said they could do this so we went with them. My husband asked if picking the car up after hours on a Sunday evening would be would possible since that was when our flight arrived and we live 3 hours from the airport and had to be home for work Monday morning. He was told that we just needed to give dispatch a call earlier in the day to arrange the pickup so someone could meet us. So fast forward to Sunday when we are traveling home. My husband calls dispatch a few times and can't get anyone to answer. Finally gets someone on the phone (not who he originally spoke with) and they said no we couldn't pick it up that night. That was annoying, but we couldn't really do much about it and we understood it was maybe not in the norm, although they had said they would when we arranged the tow. So we rented a car at the airport and drove home that night. The next day we have to get our rental car back to the airport so my husband calls J&M to inform them we are heading in from 3 hours away to get our truck. We are told we need to be there by 4:30 or we can't get it. So we make arrangements at work and leave early to go get our truck. We get there to find it has been stored outside in a lot for the week. At this point, my husband is pretty frustrated. He asks to speak to the manager who refuses to even HEAR that someone told us it would be stored inside. Zero conversation or accepting that someone may have misinformed or even that there could have been a miscommunication. He straight said "you're lying" to my husband. Why would we have made that up?? In the end, it cost us $600 to have our car towed 5 miles, stored for 6 nights outside with no window, the additional cost of a rental car, and 6 extra hours of driving. If this company had just been honest and delivered what they promised on the phone, even just the indoor storage, we would have been fine with it all. But two "promises" not kept, a manager that is yelling at my husband that HE is lying about what he was told over the phone, and an astronomical price, I'd take my business anywhere but here.

My fiance had a tire blow on the freeway. He called this company requesting a tow and was told they…read morewould arrive in 20-25 minutes. 50 minutes later he called back because the tow truck had yet to show up, and he wanted to know if they were still on their way. He was told that they were already heading towards him. He did not call another tow company because at this point he was told again that the driver was on the way, and he didn't want to have another company show up at the same time. 10 minutes later the driver called to ask his location. This is concerning because the driver should have had the location initially. After the driver got the location he showed up 30 minutes later. My fiance was waiting on the side of i40 for an hour and a half before the driver showed up. This was a complete failure on the company. Whether the driver wasn't dispatched after the initial call, or what the issue was on the company's side, a customer should not be left on the side of the freeway for that long. When I called to let the owner know what had happened and to try to get an explanation as to why it happened, I was spoken to extremely disrespectfully and told "you could've just called someone else" "you're just calling to complain" and other comments along the lines of that. I asked if there was any way we could receive any type of compensation for the wait and I was told, "other companies charge more so why would I refund you?" Which I then explained that telling someone a completely wrong time to expect a driver, not calling to update the customer if there is a delay, and having the customer wait an additional hour from what they expected to wait is not acceptable. The owner then repeated that he will not be giving any type of compensation, told me I just called to complain, and hung up. I understand that my fiance could've called a different company after the wait, but he was trying to give them a chance to complete the job, especially since he was told a driver was already on the way. The whole situation from beginning to end was handled extremely unprofessionally and I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. After further investigation, someone who called a different company, as the owner told me I should've done, was charged a cancellation fee. Also, the owner has responded extremely unprofessionally, and in a pompous manner, to other reviewers that had similar issues. This company is just bad news through and through.

Will never use this place again. Apparently they also double-charged her. Terible service if something actually goes wrong- even though they actually created the problem. Sketchy. She has been unable to go to work and is emotional distress this week because of them ignoring her. Take accountability for your mistakes and don't make your client pay.
