I have called the company and they said the doctor didn't send new script. So I called my doctor and he said he faxed it over to them the next morning after I called. They said they didn't get it so I called doctor again. They called me and said he called the pharmacy directly and gave them the script and I still haven't heard anything. I'm looking at having to go to the ER. Find a new company. I am going to be looking myself. The girl I talked to from MSC was very rude and offered no solution to the problem.

They were also very flexible when we needed to extend our rental several times. They have a great selection of other mobility aids as well: canes, scooters, walkers, etc. I highly recommend checking this place out for any mobility needs. Also, the hours can vary so I suggest calling first to make sure they're open.

Lincare in Garfield Heights delivered the equipment to the hotel two days before we arrived. The day before we were to leave, Lincare came to the hotel to pick up the empties and drop off full tanks for the six hour drive home. Lincare made it so easy for us. They were a Blessing. In March I return to Cleveland Clinic for more tests. I hope to use Garfield Heights again. Thank you Lincare.

I was away for 2 wks rec'ing medical care, asked Pulmo to call LIncare to have compressor set up at hotel each night along the way. I followed up with each state Lincare, and was assured the compressor would be at the hotel. Only Charlotte, NC had the compressor in the hotel. They did a brilliant job. All others (7) failed and left me without any oxygen, including the 2 weeks in Cleveland, Ohio where Lisa, the mgr there was rude and dismissive to me and to the nurse at Cleveland Clinic. She said she told me to bring my own from home, which coincides with "I told you to clean up your room". I asked who was going to lift the thing in and out of the car every morning and night. The local provider, Casselberry, FL has been great to work with. But the parent company is hard to reach by phone, is certainly not customer oriented or service oriented for that matter. Lincare in Cleveland, OHio had plenty of time to find the equipment and deliver but flatly refused. Certainly no consideration for an oxygen dependent person. Because Lincare failed to provide any DME, I ended up having to pay out of pocket for a 5 Liter compressor, which is less O2 than I need. Name change to "Lin we don't care" works. People like I am and others depend on oxygen suppliers to live. Lincare is not that supplier. Would give minus 5 stars if I could, but I am forced to give an least one, which is dishonest.
