Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had with…read moreCraig Caffarello at Your Place Realty. First of all, he was honest with me about what I needed to do to my home in order for it to sell at the price I wanted. (Nothing major, but things that made a big difference!) He knew the market like the back of his hand. No other realtor that I interviewed gave me the facts, figures and current market trends like he did. He knew the price I wanted to get for my house, told me what I needed to do, and told me what he would do in order to get my price. And guess what!! I got my price!! Actually, $4000 more!! It gets better! When buying my new home, he skillfully negotiated for me and didn't give up! I now am settled in my new house and so grateful to Craig. I will be passing his name along to anyone and everyone I meet!! Thank you!!

This business does not honor their commitments. I rented a u haul through these people. They took…read moremy money and gave me a confirmation number. My whole move was planned around this reservation. They promptly rented my truck to someone else. When I called to let them know I was coming, I spoke with Craig (I believe that was his name). He advised me that he has no trucks available! I advised him of my confirmation that included his business as the pick up location. HE RENTED OUT MY RESERVED TRUCK! This snake then turned it around on me. He became extremely condescending and rude. He insinuated that I do not know how to read. He made NO attempt to help me with my problem then hung up on me (really?). I called him back immediately and he refused to answer the phone(really?). Come on Craig, man up and answer the phone. Are you 12? I am surprised these people are still in business to be honest, Craig is obviously incompetent and a coward. He certainly doesn't believe in treating his customers with respect and is incapable of problem solving. If you are considering doing business with these people. Don't ... RUN as fast as you can! There are plenty of other businesses in the area that provide truck rentals and other real estate services. No need to deal with an incompetent business like this one. I want to personally thank Craig and Your Place Realty for single handedly cancelling my entire move that I have been planning for a month and a half. The actual cost of the truck (about 250-300) is NOTHING compared to the thousands I am going to have to pay to reschedule my entire move, pay extra rent and fees, etc, etc. Also, add the days I will miss at work because of these people. THANKS! Like I said....RUN, as fast as you can. These people do not honor their commitments.

Unfortunately I can't give them ZERO stars. They don't even deserve one. I bought a property that…read morewas listed by Mario and Felipe Carrillo. Throughout the entire buying process they are slow to reply and we had to get an extension multiple times due to them being slow. There wasn't even a seller to communicate to since they were the owners of the house. Doesn't make sense why they left everything last minute. Also, once we moved in we discovered plumbing issues and had to deal with it ourselves. I found Mario and told him I was the buyer and kindly asked him if there were any warranties with the plumbers and he told me there isn't because they did everything. They are the worst! They cut corners to make the house look nice and didn't care about plumbing or anything within the walls and floors. PLEASE DONT BUY OR FROM OR WITH THEM.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THIS AGENCY. Especially working with William Neuman. Myself and…read moremy two roommates were trying to rent from one of their clients and were told that if our credit came back over 600 we would get it. Well it did but because another person applied despite telling us we would get it, they told us we had to get a cosigner now. We explained that that's not feasible for us to do in a day and we were ready to go our separate ways even though we were guaranteed and felt cheated we were going to move on. they then contacted our agent saying if the other applicant fell through we would get it. I'm assuming they did fall through because they contacted again saying if we moved in on the first we would get it. they then contacted us AGAIN saying if we move in on the 8th we got it no cosigner necessary. At this point I am deeply tired of having my chain yanked and being lied to but fine we love the house we'll do it. Spent money renting a truck, packing, getting necessary items for moving in, took time off work, the whole shebang. HERE IS THE KICKER! this entire time it's been between the two agents, ours and the owners. This guy contacts us for the first time yesterday telling us we can't get the place unless we bring double the security deposit and cosigners by the 7th because he didn't like our agent and because we never spoke to him. This man not only has all of our contact information but we each stated in our applications to PLEASE CONTACT US if there are any questions. because of his poor communication skills because of his lack of attempts to contact us, sense we certainly did not have his contacts, because of his own personal issues not only did he put his client out by making them have to find new renters but he put us deeply out. We made an agreement to be in on the 8th I am now out over 1k preparing to move in to this place on a short notice because we were trying to work with him. How this man thinks anyone can come up with 2,000 dollars in two days is beyond me but we certainly can't do that. He even recommended borrowing from family members and friends as if I'm going to go beg people for money. It's a sick joke. I am deeply disgusted by not only his behavior throughout this entire thing constantly changing the goal post and telling us we do and don't have it. but I am disgusted by his behavior on the phone, telling me he recommended against us because of our age (23, 21, and 20) despite our good credit, his lies, and his unprofessionalism. The entire conversation he said "it's my rules I make the rules I tell you what to do I tell you how to do it I make the decisions". We are so deeply disappointed I love that house it was a dream house just exactly what I always wanted. I am so just absolutely flabbergasted not only by this treatment in the phone conversation but by the entire situation. How a company or an agent can be so unprofessional and change what he says every five minutes is beyond me but I know I will never work with anyone from this company again. What a deeply hurtful disappointment.

My wife and I were first time home buyers in 2016 and we happened to know someone who knew someone…read moreto help us out. We couldn't have been luckier to have found Natalie. She is such a positive and realistic person which is really helpful in keeping your head out of the clouds while shopping for a home. Natalie is a great listener too. My wife and I have her the list of things we wanted from a home and we viewed the house we eventually bought on the first day of house hunting. We went out on two separate days just to make sure we weren't missing out on something even more too good to be true. We wanted our first home to be our long term home and I don't know that we would have been able to achieve that with another realtor. Natalie was helpful, always available, easy to talk to and funny too. We couldn't have asked for better help and are recommending her to anyone who is in the market. Thanks again Natalie, Daniel

After contacting Carla H. in error and letting her know we were looking for the listing agent we…read morereceived a very unprofessional, scathing email about not using the sellers listing agent to buy a home. Accused us of not knowing what we were doing, warning us that this is not the way to purchase a home and that now the listing agent was going to (gasp!) receive ALL of the commission! and that she pays! to be a contact on Realtor.com and he doesn't so how can he be reliable? Absolutely not what we would expect from a professional. Do not assume what we know or do not know about purchasing a home you arrogant bully. Never, ever will we recommend her to anyone! What an absolute unprofessional bully! Email copy follows below. You decide! Response to our email from Ms. Hill: Hello Mike, I've had a very busy day and just now sat down to my computer to catch up with "all" my email messages from today while I was out. I did get your message about wanting the listing agent. I just want to make sure you understand a few things regarding this decision. The listing agent is already contracted to work for the seller, that happens when the seller signs a listing agreement with that agent to sell the home. This is also when the commission the seller agrees to pay the listing agent and the buyer's agent is set through that listing agreement contract. Somehow there is some myth out there that working with the listing agent is the best way to purchase a home. I ask you if the listing agent is already working for the seller, then how can you, as a buyer, get exclusive representation using the listing agent when purchasing a home? When you are making the largest most expensive purchase in your lifetime wouldn't you want your own representation? In listing homes myself, I develop a strong relationship with the seller's when I work with them and many times it is more like a friendship through the listing/marketing process. So why do you believe your going to get the best deal/representation or whatever it is you are trying to accomplish by going through the listing agent? They are already obligated to work for the seller by the contract they already signed. Now you, the buyer comes along and wants to buy this house. If the seller agrees, then that listing agent will be allowed to show that home to buyer's. According to the law, you must be informed that this is a listing of that listing agent also. So all parties must agree by signing a form called a dual agency form. This form discloses dual agency between the buyer and seller and their relationship with the listing/selling agent (this must be done at the first showing according to the law). What you are doing is giving both commission's to the listing agent and in the process you are not getting the best representation you can possibly get for all that money. I realize you will likely not call me back to help you with this process of your home purchase, I am hoping to help you by educating you about the process. I am sure the listing agent is going to be delighted when you call to look at their listing because it means they don't have to share either commission and they get both commissions. On another note, when you go through Realtor.com to inquire about a home...unless that listing agent is dedicated to their own business enough to pay Realtor.com to receive their own leads, then your inquiry about that home is going to go to someone like me. By the way, I do pay Realtor.com to send the buyer's who inquire about my listings to me. Not only that, but I also pay Realtor.com to send the buyer leads to me from listing's where the listing agent does not pay Realtor.com to receive their own leads on their own listings. Obviously the agent on this home does not pay Realtor.com to receive their own buyer leads and that is why your inquiry came to me. I have been selling Real Estate for over 25 years and I am fully dedicated to my business. It is not my hobby job and I try to do it Top Notch all the way. If you are inclined to call me or respond to this message and allow me to represent you, it would be my pleasure, however I don't expect that to happen. In the end, I wish you the best of luck and I sincerely hope your home buying experience is nothing but the best. I am concerned that you are going to have a less than hoped for experience though by the way you are going about it. Nonetheless, Good Luck and thank you for allowing me this time. Respectfully, Carla S. Hill, GRI, CRS, ABR, SFR, Broker Consultant Kettley & Company Realtor's 720 Bridge Street Yorkville, IL. 60560
