Her and husband came out again and explained the process throughly. They let me know, they are not satisfied until the customer is satisfied. I found their estimate to be reasonable. It took 2 days to paint the house, then they came back the third day to pressure clean my driveway and the walkway to my house. The other 2 companies I requested a estimate from never mentioned they'll pressure clean the driveway and pedestrian walk to my house. The supervisor checked in on the workers and me to see if everything was going OK. The painters Lena and Juan did a fantastic job painting my house. Ironically, it's the same color of my late mother's house.

The original green paint was still showing through in multiple areas, edges were uneven, and squares were left unpainted around wall-mounted items instead of removing the hardware (which we were charged extra for). ​When I pointed out the visible green paint during the final walkthrough, the supervisor was incredibly dismissive and hostile, making the experience deeply uncomfortable. Days later, when we opened the closet, we found the door had been reinstalled incorrectly, pulling the baseboard away from the wall and causing structural damage. Furthermore, the crew failed to properly protect our belongings when they returned for additional coats on day 2. We found paint and dust on our furniture, and pink wall paint splatters on my electronics, black furniture, and other expensive items in the room. ​When I contacted the owner to resolve these issues, she refused to take responsibility because the walkthrough was signed. She went so far as to demand my private doorbell camera footage to prove no one else entered the room before she would consider returning. We ultimately had to hire a separate painting company to completely repaint the room and fix the damage, which cost us nearly half of what this company charged. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience as a real paying customer.
