Excellent Customer Service! I want to share my experience I had today at the Best Buy in Eden…read morePrairie, MN. I needed a replacement power cable for my Yamaha Surround Sound receiver. Upon entering the security guy greeted me with a smile and a welcome. I walked in and one of the employees could see I was reading the signs for the various department and he came over and asked me if he could be of assistance. I told him what I was looking for and he told me that would likely be in the home theater department. He didn't point me in a direction, he flagged a guy from that department to come over and assist me. I explained what the power cord connector looked like and it appeared they did not carry the type of cord that would fit my receiver. Another employee overheard us and went to the computer department to see if they had the correct power cable. The only ones they had were three pronged connectors and I needed two prong. After a little more searching one of the employees went through a drawer where they kept spare cables and they actually found the correct cable. I asked them how much the cable would be and they told me I could have it. I told them that was too generous and they insisted and just asked me to continue to be loyal Best Buy Customer! If that doesn't earn loyalty I don't know what does! Great job guys!

After purchasing a…read morebrand-new 50″ ONN Roku TV, it failed within about 79 days with a hardware defect -- no picture, just a black screen despite working power light. The warranty process has been frustrating, inconsistent, and burdensome: * Repeated requests for the same documentation and photo proofs despite submissions multiple times. * Now required to self-package a large, fragile TV without the original box or factory packaging. * ONN provided a UPS label with no transit insurance and explicitly states they won't cover damage during return shipping -- yet will void warranty if units arrive damaged. * No meaningful plan to address the absence of original packaging or transit risk. * Logistical burden of transporting a 50″ TV to UPS without support or reimbursement. I've installed and used many TVs over 20+ years with no failures -- this early failure, combined with the company's warranty handling, has been unacceptable. Far too much risk and responsibility is being put on the consumer for a manufacturing defect. Buyer beware: If this failure and customer service experience reflects typical handling, ONN TVs may not be worth the initial low price. Consider more reliable brands and read warranty terms carefully before purchase.

There was no Target security, mall security or EP Police. This makes us feel uncomfortable. This needs to STOP!

I would say this is a decent location. It's a smaller one, we used to call these locations PFresh…read more(they don't have a full grocery section). It's conveniently connected to the mall which is nice. Sometimes when i'm shopping for gifts at the mall O can run into target for a bag/card without having to drive around. I will say a lot times the stock feels picked over. Also the last 2 times i've been self checkout has been closed with limited lanes open, which is a bit of an inconvenience.

Fake appointments, terrible scheduling system…read more Extremely frustrated with the Geek Squad scheduling at this location. I booked a specific appointment for an Apple repair, expecting it to be looked at during my slot. Instead, I arrived only to be told they needed 4 hours to even fix it and that I would have to leave and come back later. The staff tried to blame Apple's policies, but Best Buy runs this scheduling system. If you cannot fulfill appointments at the scheduled time, do not allow customers to book them. Completely wasted my time.
