Ryan and William were so patient and knowledgeable they helped me work through the process and showed me how to use the program and also download the media to the flash drive. They were professional and empathetic when dealing with me and my Limited knowledge of computer programs they made it simple. They only charged me $69.00 plus I forgot how to format the flash drive I called them back a week later and they walked me through the process and did not charge me. The only negative is the parking for the store because you need to park behind the building and climb a number of stairs but it is worth the small hassle for the great service I received so if your looking for a good group of techs that care give them a try. They spent approximately 2 hours doing diagnostics and repeated attempts to resolve the problem, or at a minimum, retrieve my data, but my laptop had a problem due to an electrical surge issue and could not easily be repaired. They went out of their way to explain the problem and did not charge me anything for all their work. They even wrote a description of their findings for me so i could send it to my credit card company (HP warranty expired) for a refund of my purchase price. As strange as it is, he video tapes you while inside the business then uses the video on your review to make you take it down. Check out the videos of me below that he posted. Went there on a Saturday and gave the Iranian owner named Majdi my Iphone to fix a cracked screen. End up paying $95 for the "mid" quality screen after he tried to hustle me into paying more. When I went to pick it the phone, he says he put in a screen but the new screen was also SHATTERED but will get a new one on Monday...he says to pay him now (I know, dumb move). After giving me the runaround for days, I go down thurs and he tells me to make an appointment for Friday at 3:30. On Fri at 3:35 he texts me that my appointment is rescheduled for 5:30. I text him that Im done with him giving me the runaround and want a refund in which he says fine. When I drive all the way down there to get a refund, he's all pissed off saying he had a bad day and tells me hes not refunding me unless he gets the shattered screen back. I refused to let this shady MF touch my phone again. I offer to bring the screen back after I get it fixed elsewhere but nope he's not doing it. I got beat for $95 but if I could save a few people from this happening to them its all worth it. Be extremely careful what you give this guy and like I said do not pay cash.
