We wanted to have our 4ft fence removed and a 6ft fence installed. We received quotes from 4 different companies, Acreage was a little higher than the others, so we did some digging to find out why, so glad we did. The Acreage installation process offers a much sturdier fence, posts are dug deeper so settling is much less - we've already noticed the difference between our old and new fence. The onboarding process is great, they walk through everything with you ahead of time, so you know exactly what's going to happen and when, they send a tech out ahead of time to take video of your yard with specific instructions for the installers. It took a day and a half to remove our old fence (they hauled it away too) pour the posts, and then installers came back 7 days later and our new fence was in. We chose the Kensington. It's beautiful, provides privacy without that wall of vinyl look - and withstands wind (even 50 mph winds) without budging. We learned about Acreage through our builder. We had requested vinyl railing on our front porch instead of the cedar. Our home was the first one in the subdivision to have the vinyl and then our builder starting using vinyl through Acreage Fences for many other homes built. We then our vinyl fence that Acreage Fences installed in our back yard. It's almost 19 years old and it still look great! It was more than wood or chain link but it was well with the extra. Several years ago a post starting raising up from the ground raising. Acreage was installing my son's fence in Bennington and when our post issue was brought up at that time, they came out and corrected the post. Despite having an effective underground fence to corral my dog, I realized the need for an above-ground fence after seeing a coyote behind my house a couple of times in late November. Acreage Fences was very accommodating in getting the job done properly and efficiently. Acerage Fences did a wonderful job on my powered gate and fence. This was a "small" job in the sense that the two fence section were probably only 15 feet long combined, but the installation occurred on a 1930's tudor style home so quality and attention to detail were important to maintain the aesthetic of the home. Acerage knocked it out of the park in that regard. The time to completion did take a little while longer than anticipated, but the custom gate drove a lot of that.
