Zero stars. Horrible customer experience! I had asked for clarification on a simple code requirement for a post placement on a $50k deck proposal and was rudely met with "because that's the way it is" respose instead of an explanation. Then Robert proceeded to argue with me about how I dare even question him. Good grief! Robert obviously doesn't know the reason why and just wants the sale vs providing a good customer service. We were so happy with Decks Decks and More Decks. The improvement to the value of our house was huge once we had them do a custom deck for us. They were so kind, professional, and did magnificent work. I highly recommend them. We really wanted to have a deck with no rails, but we didn't know what the codes were for our area. Chris and team were amazing! We wanted a larger than normal deck for entertaining and playing in our yard. We knew what we wanted and he helped us understand the pros and cons of all the materials. Once we selected them, Robert generated a visual of what it would look like. It was amazing! Everything happened as planned and turned out better than expected. We had our deck redone in Aug 2018 our previous deck was wood but we knew this time we wanted to go with composite material. Completely maintenance free. It was a great experience working with Robert Walker and the entire team. They provided us with specific information on the step by step process from the moment we signed the contract until the job was completed. The crew that came to our house was professional and easy to work with from tear down to rebuild. Our new deck looks just as good today as it did the day they finished it. We put a composite deck on our house in 2011 with Decks, Decks And More. We paid $10,700. Seven years later we have to put $3300 into it because the wood from the stringers has rotted through and broken off. We are afraid to walk down the steps for fear they will collapse. We are so disappointed. Decks Decks And More put the deck on but won't fix the problems that arise later. Take your chances. The professional who is fixing our deck found all kinds of problems. The railings and steps are bending because they put too much space between joists and supports should have been brought in a few feet to support the floor. Buyer beware! Karen OConnor read more

I went to Decks, Decks, and more in hopes to build a new deck on the back of my house. The president of the company was extremely rude to me as I was asking questions about the items I wanted. He also was not helpful when I expressed concerns about reducing costs of materials. They have lost my business and I would not recommend their services. read more

I give this company 5 stars and would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to build a new deck or replace an existing one. They tore off and replaced a large deck on the back of our house. We added a deck drainage system so we can sit under the deck in the rain and it works perfectly. The team was extremely helpful in helping us design our deck, and pick materials and colors. I was already a raving fan but recently they came out and did some minor service to the deck and they were prompt and responsive. Great company, great product and great people. read more
