I am writing this review for my Instructor Carla with whom I took the class at ACROPOLIS SCHOOL OF REAL ESTATE. I took class with Carla in February of this year. Carla is a fantastic instructor with a wealth of knowledge who goes above and beyond for her students.  In the beginning of the class Carla provided her cell number and encouraged her to reach out to her if there are any questions as you study the chapters. In my experience, I have reached out to her many times during my course and afterwards and Carla is quick to respond to your questions and also provides detailed explanation to ensure you understand the material well. Carla is very approachable and always willing to stay after the class if you have any questions. Carla always reminded her students to review the chapters we did in the class as well as asked some questions on the same chapters in the next session to check how many students did the review. In one example, Carla spent over 30 minutes just on one math problem to ensure students understood what steps were taken and the reason behind those steps. I am very grateful to have Carla as an instructor and recommend her to anyone who is thinking of taking a Real Estate Salesperson course. Thank you Carla. read more

My experience at Acropolis was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Silvia and George - the instructors there are of great help even with the wildest of the questions you might have about Real Estate. George specializes in Commercial Real Estate and I would highly-highly recommend to get as much information and knowledge out of him as you can during the class. They are very thorough, knowledgeable, informed and helpful. They are always open for questions, which really helped me figure out before and after procedures of the test. The fat book might seem overwhelming in the beginning, but in reality it is not once you start understanding and studying it. I would highly recommend to follow the study time-table exactly as guided by Silvia. Her plan helped me finish the study material on time before scheduling the exam. Also it's a metered parking area (easy to find spots- never to worry about ) we took breaks every 2 hours to fuel it up with quarters which Silvia provided- All the Time ! Thank you so much for that Silvia ! And needless to say, I passed my Real Estate exam at FIRST TRY and now I am Realtor @ Keller Williams Village Square Realty. I am Zakir Ahmed, just came few months before and don't know much culture and English environment in USA, I admitted in Acropolis and study my real estate course in a way that it increase reading, listening, speaking skills better then before. While instruct, some time I thought they might be my mentor. All the chapters covered with details practical example. The trainer and the administration is very admirable and understanding. In my opinion they are so reliable about student "Even one who are not native speaker also move forward with them". Well if I have a chance to remodel their class room, I might reshape one thing, is a break after 45 minute for 10 minute then start again. Attended Acropolis in the Wayne location for the evening salesperson course (3 nights per week). I was done in 1 month flat! I just passed my state test on the first try! This school offers flexible course scheduling options for days or nights. Best of all, they will teach you everything you need to know in order to prepare you for your state examination. Silvia will cover all pertinent areas of study at an efficient pace, with the ease you would expect from a knowledgeable and very experienced instructor. I took the accelerated course with George Toro and it was absolutely amazing! There was never a dull moment in the class. Although it was an accelerated course, George really took time to make sure that each student had a good understanding of the material that was covered each day! If you are someone that can grasp information at a fast pace and are looking to better your future and become a real estate licensee, I highly recommend Acropolis School of Real Estate! I took the 9 day M,T,W,Th,F real estate salesperson course at the Wayne location with Silvia back in December/January. She is an extremely nice and knowledgeable teacher. She teaches you everything you need to know to pass the state exam (I passed on my first try) and the tuition is fairly priced. And even after leaving the school and passing the state exam, I was able to reach out to her for advice on my real estate career and she was quick to respond and offer guidance. I can't say enough good things about the Real Estate Salesperson course taught by Silvia at the Wayne location. The course covered everything you need to know to pass the state exam. It was efficient and to the point. All questions were answered by Silvia and she was very patient with every student. I took the 5 week (Sat & Sun) class that started 9/9/18 and finished with the class test on 10/7/18. I passed the class test 10/7/18 and then passed the NJ State Exam on 10/12/18. I took the expedited course, which was incredibly intense with a voluminous amount of information at light speed. HOWEVER, the instructor, George Toro, was extremely targeted in the data required for the state exam, a wealth of knowledge about Real Estate, Real Estate in general as well as being a genuinely nice guy, and a character. The class was fun, it went by fast, and discussions were interesting and memorable. Highly recommend this class, and particularly with George! read more

Silvia is an excellent teacher because she clearly explains real estate. She has the entire class involved by pupils taking turns reading highlighted key words and sentences. Then students team up to answer chapter test questions in a contest. Silvia's teaching method held my attention and was enjoyable. I learned and remembered the material. I took the accelerated course offered at the Hackensack location with instructor George. He is very knowledgeable and will tell you exactly what you need to know for the test. Please write down everything he says, and I mean everything he says. If you do so and slightly study your notes and handouts, you will pass. Best $399 ever spent!
