We weren't in a real hurry to buy but they suggested January was a good time to shop for a boat. They were very respectful of our budget and desired boat features and were able to work with a boat owner that had her boat on consignment with them to get a sale price that was good for both parties. Thad met my entire family (including 3 grown kids, a grandma and a spouse) and took us for a test drive before we closed the deal to be sure it met our needs. He was quick to point out some minor issues with the 7 year old boat to make sure everyone was on the same page and there were no post sail surprises. Then they recommended a great marina on Lake Travis for us to rent a slip from. He delivered the boat to the slip, worked with the marina owner to set the lift up for our boat and then met me and my kids there the following weekend to give us personal driving and parking lessons. Yep that's right he took us out on the lake and taught the kids how to drive the boat and me some of the tricks to docking the particular boat. My family is so pleased to have a boat and are all thankful we bought it from Thad and his team.

Was told the boat was just serviced and had two years of factory warranty. First season, boat ran horrible compared to a friends boat, thought it was just an under powered and heavy boat. Next season and 40 hours of use... boat won't get on plane. And is struggling. Replaced fuel filters and they are so seized on that the filter mounts had to be removed because they were corroded on. Took the boat to a more reputable shop and they discovered the spark plugs were fowled and compression in three cylinders were between 130 and 135, the other five cylinders were between 180 and 195. Called the dealership to ask about the service and warranty, at which time they admitted to not telling me the truth about previous owners, warranty status and services that were completed. Was told by the service manger that the compression was checked before I purchased and they all read 190! Now I'm told that the warranty is only transferable one which was done before me and it would have costed $1400. How can you sell a $100,000 boat all based on lies!!! There's no way the service was done based on the filters, Fowler plugs and never has a mechanic seen a V8 motor all read a perfect reading across all cylinders. The service manager burnt me on my last boat by not replacing items that were ordered for warranty and reduced my boats back looking like complete trash!! Run away from them. Spend your money somewhere else. They lie and cheat customers. I've bought two boats from them totaling more than $200.000 and they still treat me like a second rate citizen. Not recommended! Won't buy a life jacket from them!

Since we work and sleep late nights, getting up early is not ideal. They could of told us to bring it in anytime during business hours. Instead of making it seem like they needed it early. Three days later they called us to let us know they were working on it. When done we paid over $700 to get the lights rewired. After 4 months the lights went out again. We went back and told them. Rather than telling us to bring it in so they can fix it at no additional cost, they gave excuses as to what else it could be. Needless to say we won't ever use their services. I would give them zero stars if possible but, one of their mechanics was honest in telling us that we didn't need a service, that another shop (not our usual mechanic), said we needed to get done right away. We googled it and found out that we didn't need it done, that the problem was very minimal at best, maybe two more years before it would be necessary. So for that, they get a star

Showed him the app that had my policy. He was kind enough to escort me to their waiting area. Another gentleman came in to collect my contact information and discuss different aspects of my car due to its age/mileage. Great and comfortable conversation. A 3rd gentleman came in the office to let me know my car was completed and collected payment. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Talk about service! Very policy folks that work there and quick about their service. I will be back to visit them in the future.

If that was the outcome, I would have expected the technician to just tell me directly instead of acting like everything was fine the entire time. Being smiled at and reassured out on the floor, then getting different news at the register, felt misleading. They replaced the batteries (took over 2 months) and ever since the replacement the cart would not work correctly. We kept telling them it was a wiring or bad battery issue. They picked up the cart three times and brought it back to us basically telling us we were the crazy ones. This last time they picked it up and finally found it was a bad battery and wiring. Ding ding ding. Like we said. I'm irate at the fact they would even ask for money from us after not being able to use the cart for nearly a year and leaving us stranded 3 times after it broke down right after telling us everything was okay. First time they delivered it we tried to use for Halloween but none of the lights worked they forgot to plug something in so we didn't get to use it, they picked it back up bright it back we tried to use it for a Christmas parade and got stranded a mile into it with the cart jerking and shutting off, they picked it up returned it for a 3rd time we paid to have a $100 battery meter, this time I got stranded picking up the kids from school with the battery meter full, it just shut off no power to the cart but they still didn't believe me that the cart was charged even with photo proof. All in all they had our cart more than we did this year returned it 3 times with nothing fixed. Funny thing is I was going to add a tip that they made things right but after them charging us anything do not so business with this company. I will attach all of our emails and photos when I get a chance. Originally when we bought our cart they said it would be 5-6 weeks, yall it was about 3 months. Just this 4th time them having it to fix it, under warranty, they had it for nearly two months. Do not trust this company. Even today he called and asked if I would be home this afternoon, he explained they were currently loading the cart and would be by about 1pm and would that be okay. I said yes, made my way back home to be there for them. I arrived home at 12:30 waited until 2:55, nothing. Then at 3:10pm I get the call the driver is there to deliver the cart and they can't leave it because they need to collect money. We have never been so inconvenienced by a company. Do not go through the hell we have with this company. Save yourself the headache and use Kenfeild. I used kenfeild for years working in the apartment industry and never once had an issue with them. Used them at 4 properties I managed and they were incredible. Sadly they didn't have a cart when we were shopping and that's when we made the mistake of using Ennis. They did replace the charger, which had had zero complaints about. Blake seemed to want extra praise for doing that, thank you for the new charger. However it was not something we complained about or asked for. Our old charger worked just fine.

They said yes they have one and just come by and pick it up. I mean Liberty Hill is close to almost nothing. I go by and they said this particular Yamaha cart has a specialized key and they can't get the parts at this time. What? A key? I called back to speak to someone and they said they would have to call me back later in the day when they weren't so busy. Well, it's two weeks later. I'm taking my lumps and moving on....
