What you need to know: Pricing: The pricing is fair, with the pricing schedule explained clearly at the start. There weren't any unpleasant surprises with the bill. Value: In some situations, unless the cost is high, the work is shoddy. That isn't the case with Shawn, whose work is exceptional and affordable. Punctuality: In a time when getting workers to actually show up seems to be impossible, Shawn's guys were on time every day. Knowledge and integrity: Shawn demonstrated both with clear understanding of the work and materials needed and honest advising of what jobs were and were not within his purview. Handyman Joe was able to efficiently complete a multitude of tasks from clearing gutters, installing light fixtures/ locks/ blinds and painting. My house went from absolutely horrible with green mold on the side of it too sparkling clean looking like brand new. My fence went from green to white again. When cleaning my gutters John pointed out that we have rotted facia boards and need them replaced. Instead of fixing those old gutters we decided to upgrade to new gutter guards. John installed those and did a beautiful job. Everything looks great and we'll never have to have our gutters cleaned again. I called them for 2 days and only got an answering machine. Left messages on their Facebook. On the 3rd day a woman answered apologized some with no real excuse. Said someone would get back to me. That was a week ago. Meanwhile my roof is only getting worse. This is the 5th roofer I have called. Worst people to deal with.
