He replaced parts that were missing and/or severely damaged and assured us our machine is in good shape otherwise -- this was good to know because it came with our house and we weren't sure the age/condition of it. This might have been due to parts breaking as the technician looked at our machine, but next time I'd ask for an estimate before agreeing to work.

Our GE double wall oven was acting up and he took the top electronic cover off and checked the wires. He tested all of the possible error codes to check for issues and found none. He tested the broiler, oven temps and convection fans to ensure all was working okay. He also diagnosed our dryer sound that suddenly and intermittently appeared a few weeks ago as a broken idler that we could buy online and either install ourselves (he showed us how) or call him to install when it comes in at his hourly rate.
