I watched the video of her slamming the door several times. You explained the work that had to be done... isn't that your job to explain? She replaced the part that was needed to pass inspection. You advised her to drive the car for the light to go out. She did what you said. How is that not listening? Rude and obnoxious? Maybe you're confused since the only rude person was you and your worker. Her car was less important than others but your concerned about safety? Glad to know you discriminate against cars. He said the car would be ready by 5 and at 530 when She came to check on it and why it wasn't done they didn't even start on the car ! The girl working in garage kept slamming the car door while working on. Basically needed a sticker and that was it and they will find every little thing wrong with the car. From the windshield wipers to the tires ( that passed)and lug nuts they will make a stink about it. Over priced. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place.
