On a recent trip a rock or some other road debris was kicked up from a passing vehicle and put a significant chip in my windshield. I immediately filed a claim on line with my (Farmers) insurance company and they quickly approved a claim for windshield repair or replacement (if necessary.) I checked Yelp and compared reviews. My insurance company sent a fax to Precision Auto Glass ... and today, Jeff, from PAG called to ask if I could bring my vehicle in. I agreed, drove to the location, (actually drove by it first time.
