So I'm traveling from Ohio with my 4 Granchildren . I have a Mechanical issue with the Motorhome and BJs automotive repair was willing to help us . BJ'S parking area is small and was packed . I pull into the neighboring business 5 Star to find out where the Best place to put this 31' Motorhome so it is our of the way . Mike the supposed Manager at 5 Star comes over and gets Nasty with my wife and Brother in law. They explained we will be there 5 minutes while we find out where to park . In the meantime my wife is exiting the RV with her Service Dog and the 5 Star customer is oblivious to the Dog and almost runs it over . I yell for him to Stop and I guess this Trigger Mike and he lost it. I spoke with him about his unprofessional manners and left an Honest Google review of our experience . Shockingly the Owner went low and responded by accusing us of being Drunks , speeding and other lies. WOW ! Since i can't respond to his slanderous lies on Google I am leaving this review on Yelp. We had a perfect 5 star experience at 5 Star Collision Centre! Our car was damaged during a wind storm and was covered with scratches and dings from flying roof shingles and branches. Matt was friendly, professional and answered all our questions in detail. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the car was ready when promised. Most important, it looked fabulous--as good as the day we got it. To say that I am pleased, happy or satisfied with the repairs to my car would be minuscule. There is only a 5 Star rating, hence being 5 Star Collision, but it would be triple that with my experience. I was so distraught over my car being in an accident, but Matt and Jessica put my fears to rest, as they took the reins in dealing with the insurance and rental car companies.
