Attorney Bledsoe was the first attorney who handled my case during a very chaotic time in my life,…read moreand I'm truly grateful for his support. He is warm, understanding, and very easy to talk to, which makes a difficult situation much less overwhelming. He made sure my daughter and I were safe and took immediate steps to start my case. His team; Katie, Xiomara, Monique, and Debbie, are amazing and were always supportive and professional. Mr. Bledsoe also understood my financial situation and made the process easier for me. I will never forget this and will be forever grateful, as Mr. Bledsoe helped me get out of a situation I thought I would never escape and protected me during those difficult times. Thank you, Mr. Bledsoe and your wonderful team, for everything.

Horrible experience. Mr. Bledsoe initially told me I had a case for reimbursement, though he…read moreadmitted my case for modifying custody was unlikely. He said he'd appear at my hearing remotely. Instead, his office waited until 5 p.m. the night before to say an associate, Paul Jacobson, would cover it. Jacobson isn't listed on the firm's website, and I later found he has a 2.3-star client rating on Avvo. After the hearing, Jacobson admitted he would have argued differently if he'd reviewed the details I had already provided the firm, revealing he came unprepared. He also said, "not my kids, not my money, not my problem," when I asked if his job was stressful. Because that hearing went so badly, Mr. Bledsoe offered to appear himself at no charge. His appearance fee is $3,000. Before that ever happened, he reversed course by phone, told me I no longer had a case, and convinced me to drop the suit. When I asked for a courtesy given the promised free appearance, they took 20% off my balance, which came to only $200. They also kept my original court documents and receipts for months after Jacobson promised to scan and mail them back. After I asked again, I received a new unexplained invoice for $543. When I pushed back, they dropped that charge. But when they finally mailed my documents, they got the address wrong by a single digit, and rather than resend to the correct address they have on file, they had me drive out and pick them up myself. I left with no case, wasted time, and thousands spent.
