I got a few quotes from Yelp before diving into a project to have old photographs scanned in from my late aunt's estate. Dianna was very responsive and quoted me a fast turn around (1 day) and a low price (about $70 for 300 or so pictures). I needed the photos quickly before the memorial service was scheduled, so I hired Dianna but kept my expectations low considering the turn around and the price, but I was blown away by the quality of the scans and the organization into folders that corresponded with my envelopes. Dianna was great! I had a giant bin full of photo albums from my father-in-laws home that we had recently sold. I started to take photos out of an album with the intent to scan them and it took me forever just to get thru 1 album so I started searching on Yelp for some help and found Dianna. She was so accommodating to what I needed - I needed someone to take the photos out, scan them in some organized way, and scan pages of photo albums where the pictures were "glued on" bc the albums were just too old. She did all of that and so quickly! 2200 pictures and 400 pages later... I have it all in a USB now. I wasn't in a rush but Dianna turned it around within a few days. I'll be honest that the total price was more than I had imagined but also I didn't realize it was 2200 pictures and 400 photo album pages that needed to be scanned. It was hard to tell how much 50 albums would translate into, but I know how many hours of work it was that she did (since I tried to get thru 1 album myself) so it was well worth it to have someone do it all for me! It would've taken me years to get thru myself! Dianna even cropped the pages she had to scan and "cleaned up" the images. A bonus! She did a great job and was super easy to work with. Friendly service, fast turnaround, quality product. I dropped off two old video tapes from my wedding 10 years ago. It was a little strange going to a residential neighborhood for a commercial service, but who cares if the service and product are good. The tapes were put onto DVD and were ready for pickup a day later. The transfer quality was excelent. The picture and sound were both very clear. Diana was very helpful, and could not have been nicer or more helpful. She helped organize the old films I had. into chronological order, and then did a beautiful job of transferring all of them to DVD. I had some 8 mm super eight and old 16mm and she was able to work with everything competently. These were old films that were very precious to me, a few of them 75 to 80 years old, of parents and family that have long since passed away. So the trust factor needed to be there in order to leave these with someone. I did not want to ship them away and risk losing them. Needed some 8mm converted to DVD format. Old home films that were owned by my grandmother, precious memories that she wouldn't be able to see ever again if we didn't take them to Best DVD Solutions. I wanted to be able to hand out several DVDs to all family members in time for Thanksgiving of 2011. I took the films to Diana and she had them done in a week! Films color were restored, titles were made, packaged nicely, and I was even given the original copy so that I could go back and edit the videos myself anytime I want to from my own computer. Everyone of my family members had a blast watching the film and it's something of a gift that keeps on giving because these will now be able to be passed down for generations to come. I called Dianna at Best DVD Solutions and asked if the tape could be converted to a DVD within the week. I also asked if music could be added to the DVD as well.
